We had such a great experience at Osmow's Shawarma today thanks to one of the staff members there. The Punjabi gentleman who helped us went absolutely above & beyond with his service. He was extremely kind, patient, welcoming, & made sure we were comfortable throughout. It's rare to come across customer service this genuine & positive these days. His attitude & behaviour truly made our visit better. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Employees like him are a huge reason customers come back!

The ordering process was very simple & the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the food & the atmosphere was very nice. I will be coming back to try some new things on the menu. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time. The vibe was really pleasant & welcoming today.

normalement, je ne fais jamais de plaintes, mais cette fois ci j'ai du. la jeune dame qui a pris ma commande était super désagréable. Elle nous faisait sentir qu'on dérangerait son quart de travail juste parce qu'elle a mal fait son travail. Normalement, vous êtes sensé de demander qu'est ce qu'on aimerait bien sur notre commande, mais elle nous a rien demandé donc j'ai assumé que cela serait durant le processus de la commande. J'ai réaliser par la suite qu'elle avait juste sauté les étapes d'elle même. Je l'ai donc demandé gentiment si je pouvais JUSTE avoir de la LAITUE. Elle m'a fait une grimace & elle a jeté les ustensiles d'une manière aggressive devant moi dans le sac. Franchement, je suis extrêmement déçue, même si c'est juste pour un osmows. Carrément, on dirait elle nous a manqué de respect.
