I really enjoyed my visit here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cozy & welcoming, & everything looked spotless. The staff were attentive & made sure we were comfortable without being overwhelming. The food stood out the most-everything tasted fresh, full of flavor, & was presented beautifully. It's clear there's a lot of effort put into both the cooking & the overall experience. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal, & I'm looking forward to coming back again.
Great experience at this restaurant! The place is clean, welcoming, & the staff are very friendly. The food was delicious, well presented, & clearly made with fresh ingredients. You can really tell they care about both the quality of the dishes & the service. The atmosphere is warm & enjoyable. I highly recommend it & would definitely come back!
Je souhaite partager mon expérience lors de ma récente visite chez Osmow's situé sur le boulevard Langelier.
Je suis arrivée vers 22h, alors que la fermeture est prévue à 23h. À la caisse, la fille m'a demandé si je souhaitais manger sur place ou pour emporter. J'ai demandé si je pouvais manger sur place & on m'a répondu que oui.
Cependant, après avoir reçu ma commande, on m'a informée que je ne pouvais finalement pas rester parce que le personnel devait commencer à nettoyer & fermer le restaurant, alors qu'elle devrait m'avertir avant de passer ma commande. J'ai été surprise, car il restait encore environ une heure avant la fermeture & il y avait toujours d'autres clients.
On m'a donc obligée à manger à l'extérieur. Il faisait très froid, il y avait de la neige & de la pluie, & la plupart des endroits à proximité étaient fermés & j'avais pas de voiture. Il n'y avait nulle part où je pouvais m'asseoir confortablement pour manger. Cette situation m'a vraiment déçue.
De plus, j'ai trouvé que la qualité de mon sandwich n'était pas habituelle : très peu de poulet & une grande quantité de salade & d'oignons & piquant. D'habitude, je recommande toujours Osmow's à mes amis & à ma famille, & mes expériences dans d'autres succursales ont toujours été positives.
C'est la première fois que je vis une expérience aussi décevante, donc j'ai décidé de ne plus aller manger dans cet endroit.

Le chawarmas est tout simplement exceptionnel : viande parfaitement marinée, tendre & savoureuse, sauces généreuses & hyper bien équilibrées. On sent la qualité des produits & le savoir-faire à chaque bouchée.
L'accueil est chaleureux, le service rapide & l'ambiance super agréable. Franchement, l'un des meilleurs chawarmas a Montreal - je reviendrai sans hésiter & je recommande à 100 % !

Really good food & a great experience at Osmow's. Everything tasted fresh. Shoutout to Nishant - he was friendly, cool, & made the visit easy. Would come back for sure.
