J'ai commandé le plat d'oeuf bénédictines spécial Benny & j'ai trouvé ça très lourd... je n'ai pas pu finir l'assiette! Les saucisses, bacon & jambon étaient bons, mais c'était trop gras dans l'ensemble avec la sauce 👀. Le cappuccino glacé était bon avec la crème fouettée, mais je l'aurais apprécié plus sucré. Came here to have brunch before heading downtown via the metro. The wait to be seated was quite long, & we received our food almost an hour after taking a seat. The meal left a lot to be desired, but that might be because I didn't order something they specialize in. The staff were very polite & helpful but were too busy. If visiting, I would recommend getting a reservation if possible, & trying something other than an omelette.View more

The brunch tasted good & was delicious. There was a waiting line so we had to wait for the waiter to accomodate us. The place has nice photo frames on the walls but it could use a makeover. The seats & tables look very faded & used. It was Sunday noon so I guess it was the busiest time of the week, but it seemed like they were a bit short-staffed. All in all the food was good & the staff were nice but the place needs renovation & cleaning.View more

I tried orange café three times for brunches. It is usually crowded & the service is fair. The first two times were so good. I am on gluten free diet. They have gluten free toasts (almost extra 3$ charge) & I asked for sweet potatoes instead of the potatoes (also extra charge). The sweet potatoes were good & the whole dish was delicious. The 3rd time I went there, I ordered the same thing I had before with the gluten free toasts. I started eating & I had one whole toast, & all of a sudden the waitress came to tell me that I got the one with normal/gluten toasts & she apologized for this mistake. They brought me another plate but this time the pouched eggs were not well cooked. I got so bloated & with the uncooked pouched eggs , I felt like vomiting. The last experience was not pleasant for me at all. Thank God I am not celiac or allergic otherwise this mistake could harm me in a very bad way. They did not charge me (which is the least they can do). I was bloated & I felt heaviness the whole day coz of this mistake. I put 3 star to pay more attention to such things as this may cause real harm for people with strict dietary restrictions. Despite my last bad experience, they have good options & it is a good place to have a breakfast or a brunch.View more
Ok, wow. I probably would have passed this place by without even noticing it if it hadn't been for the recommendation of our Airbnb host. It's lovely inside, the booths are so comfy, & the service was quick & wonderful. The menu is big, almost too big, because it's so hard to decide what to get. Everything sounded so good. I don't think you could be disappointed with anything though. We tried omelets, wraps, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies & breakfast potatoes. Everything was amazing. My kids asked to go back tomorrow. We will definitely return if we visit Montreal again.View more

A breakfast joint you would want to bring your mother too! 🥞 Speechless about the entire overall experience (in a good way*) Whenever I am in a new city, I tend to search out quality breakfast joints - Montreal, from my experience was always a challenge until I took a chance! This was a diamond in the rough, if you blink - you can miss it! The experience did not disappoint. Everything was so worth it! The food, service & atmosphere!!
