There were only two other tables occupied We decided to get a selection of dishes & share it all between us. The food was good, some of it was just okay, but the service was stellar & they played funky 2000's music. The food was easy to share & we had a great time here. Our waiter was really excellent. I ordered the Tibetan tea. It contained a lot of butter (which is normal for this tea) but it was too salty for me. The cheese Momos are yummy. & I really liked the Timo steamed bread. The bindhi masala was good but it had too much turmeric for me. & the Ping Sha was definitely too salty.View more
Delicious & authentic home-made Tibetan Momos. Highly recommend this family owned restaurant. Order a Sha Katsa & a Tingmo & you will thank me!!View more
I cannot believe how quiet this place was. Even for 20:00 on a Sunday, it should be rammed with people. I was just expecting a standard dining experience really, but when the food came, I couldn't believe how good it was. It was easily some of the best food that I've eaten in a long time - absolutely unbelievable at a great price in great time with a very approachable host. If I were spending more time in Montreal, I'd be eating here all of the time. I simply cannot express how good that food was.View more
L'endroit possède une énergie, le proprio est vraiment sympa, la bouffe est somme toute assez bonne (végétarien).View more
Was delicious & well proportioned, definitely recommend!View more

This spot offers good Tibetan food experience. The owner, who's incredibly kind & courteous, recommended the Tibetan tea with crushed walnut-a delightful concoction that not only enhances taste but also revitalizes health. The deliciousness of the Tibetan tea is unparalleled. The generous Thenthuk portions exude a homely essence, while the consistently excellent Momos are a guaranteed delight. (If compared to Toronto serving size of momo is smaller) & let's not forget the Tingmo & Phingsha, truly unmatched! If you find yourself in Montreal, this restaurant is a definite must-visit. Your positive experience shines through-it's a place worth cherishing!View more
Since we have a young kid, I only go out with my wife once every 3-4 months... so we take special care in choosing our date spots. We spent our last two dates at Om. That's how much we loved it. :) This is a very cozy restaurant. It's easy to just relax & take our time. The food is fantastic. We tasted a bunch of things & everything was excellent. I also felt very well after our dinner, even though I ate quite a lot. In other words : it seems quite healthy. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable. We will be back. Thanks! :)View more
Excellent service by all the staff & intimate vibes (excellent for friends, family or a date). The food options were varied & good. The dessert was to die for. The prices were very reasonable.View more
View more
Une super expérience ! Nous sommes venus un peu tard & le service a été impeccable & d'une extrême gentillesse. La cuisine est très bonne & les suggestions aussi. Recommandé à 100 %View more

Warning : do not come here for a birthday , especially for a double birthday., this will be a long candid review
We went to this restaurant since my mom ( one of the birthdays) was recommended this restaurant & we love trying food so we figured why not.
The staff consisted of a really nice older gentleman, a brunette & blonde waitress.
The first issue : We first dropped off my mother & grandmother ( who had a clear tag of low visibility/blindness on her) had an issue with the seating. They had wanted to place us ( made a reservation for 5) on a 4 seater table with a chair on the edge glued to the wall. It was explained to them that we would need extra space as we are 5 & with someone with low visibility, therefore requiring extra space. The blonde waitress , said that they had a reservation for a big party coming in after us & couldn't give us the bigger table ( which would have fit 5 people comfortably, not glued to the wall); however the brunette waitress checked & said there were no other reservations so we were able to get the big table; great.
Once we were seated, the elder gentleman came over to explain to us briefly the menu & asked what we'd want for appetizers ( we ordered each momo except the shrimp ) to try & then he said he would go prepare them.
Waited another 20 mins since it seemed that our waitress ( blonde) didn't want to help us but came & took our order. I want to make note that she did not check on us once during the whole service to ask if the food was good or if we needed anything else; instead her amazing colleagues did.
Food :
Momos: were all very good, personally I wasn't a fan of the cheese one since it was sweet but still very good
Churu Soup- probably the most underwhelming experience, the blue cheese was there & lamb but it was completely unseasoned no matter how much I mixed it. I then decided to drink from the bowl directly to notice towards the end that all the spices were at the bottom but not mixed into the soup
Sha-Kat-Sta- the best & most flavourful dish out of the whole evening, would recommend
Vegetarian Curry- flavour was very bland & we asked for spicy but was given mild, the brunette waitress was kind enough to get us extra hot chili to mix into it .
Timo- very interesting texture & flavour , tastes really good when you dip into the curries , would recommend
Naan- so a lot of reviews on Google & yelp said that it was Costco brand naan, however we checked it & can tell that it was home made, a bit too charred but good
Steamed rice - opt out if you can, very inconsistent with the two bowls that we've received
Chow mein: the birthday girl was really disappointed. My dad made sure to ask for extra crispy noodles, however as you can see in the pictures , not a single crispy noodle in sight. We told my mom we can ask to send back to the kitchen to have it fixed , however it was nearly impossible to even get our waitress attention ( the blonde one) to do that so we just ate it.
There are a few event dishes to try, but the service is not worth it as a sit down experience, which is disappointing considering you have the Spanish Club, Sabor Latino & Darlings surrounding that area.
To the waitress, I've done food service before as mentioned in a few of my other reviews, but you definitely need to smile more & put more effort , we all are going through it but please don't let it reflect in your job to future clients .View more
our first time in a tibetan restaurant & we really liked it ! people were really nice & the restaurant were opening late. plus there were plenty of vegan/vegetarian options, i recommend you to order the sweet puri & the mango lassi if you can !View more
