3 ième fois dans la dernière année où j'appelle, & on me dit « un instant svp » & on ne reprend jamais la ligne. Je viens d'attendre 19 minutes. Aucun moyen de rappeler par la suite car la ligne est toujours occupée puisque le téléphone doit être encore en attente pour qu'on me réponde. Étant la seule « patate » qui livre… ça serait bien de ne pas faire attendre les clients comme ça. On entend les employés jaser & rire mais jamais on reprend la ligne. C'est dommage car la nourriture est super. C'est le service de prise de commande qui laisse à désirer.

J'ai habité le secteur très longtemps & je peux vous dire que ces frites là sont les meilleures. Je souffre d'une allergie au blé & quand j'y vais, ils sont super prudents avec ma "poutine pas de sauce", oui, oui, poutine pas de sauce. J'interdie quiconque d'appeler ça une "Frite avec fromage" hihihi Merci à Jonathan & à son équipe
