After receiving water almost immediately we waited 15 minutes before anyone came to ask for drinks/questions on the menu or anything. We are 1 of 3 tables in the restaurant all sitting next to each other on the terrasse. (So they had nothing else keeping them busy)
After we ordered our food & drinks we were given an aperol spritz pitcher where the Prosecco was flat. After informing her she proceeds to come & dump a bunch of prosecco in my pitcher half empty. Not asking if that's what I wanted or if that was gonna help the cocktail. She completely ruined the balance of the cocktail & the the flat proseeco was still very much present in taste. I asked for some orange juice & aperol to re-balance the cocktail & was charged the orange juice.
The waitress avoided our table completely, never asked how the food or drinks were.
I didn't want to be difficult & just finished the pitcher.
I had to stand up & ask for everything since it was much faster than waiting for them to come back to see us even though they were standing in an empty restaurant talking to each other.

After asking for a takeout container, I walked up to ask for it since it had been awhile & my salad was sitting in the sun. I was told'yeah we were bringing it to you'

The side plates we were given had crusted food on them

I am an industry server for over a decade & I've never gotten such terrible service. No visible sign that she felt sorry for anything especially the cocktail & left us feeling uncomfortable.

Had plans to return but never again during the day. Hoping to get a different server.

Staff are welcoming, friendly, & helpful. I tried Margarita & Holy Swiss burger. Both were very delicious.

Foods always delicious. Very consistent service. Don't sleep on their chicken club. It's a burger place, but the chicken club is amazing!

Awesome restaurant. Their chicken tenders for lunch are only $15, which is amazing. Plus, the staff is super friendly, & the place has a really cool vibe inside.

Food is always great, too bad the waitress is always unpleasant. We've been here a handful of times for breakfast & now I know why we don't go more often. It's always the same person working on weekends & her attitude is cold & unfriendly. If you don't enjoy customer service, maybe try a different job?

Honestly this place has just become disappointing, it used to be a lot better.
The food is just okay, used to be better. Patties slide off the bun & the bun soaks up a ton of grease, which makes it hard to eat.

The restaurant is very loud, the music makes it difficult to hear.

The worst part has definitely become the service, it used to be pretty good but now it's basically non existent. The waitress we had (maybe not all of them) came exclusively to take the order & take the payment. We never saw her otherwise, but you see a ton of busboys walking around, & unfortunately they don't seem to help with anything else.
The busboy came to our table to take 2 empty plates & asked if my friend was still eating his food on his plate, he was not finished with his plate but asked if he could have some mayo. The busboy said okay, but we never got the mayo, from him or the waitress. But after my friend finished his plate, she was very quick to arrive to ask if we wanted anything else. I just wanted to pay & leave.
I'm sad to leave this review, but I just want the upper management have my constructive criticism. Things can't improve if they don't know there could be improvements.

Oubliger de payer un pourboire de 18% pour un table de 9 personnes, sans avoir été aviser avant. Nous l'avons su a la fin sur la facture lorsqu'on à vu le montant. Ça aurait déjà été moins pire si nous l'avions sue au début.
De plus, le service était loin d'être parfait. Pas de sourire.

Went to eat there on Thursday. The burgers were absolutely delicious! Our waitress, Sarah, was fantastic! She was very attentive to us & her suggestions were perfect. Portions are huge & the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back, often.
