La pizza est vraiment bonne, plein de goût, par contre depuis quelques années, la sauce à poutine a changé de goût & c’est vraiment décevant. La sauce servie dans les années 2016-2017 était bien meilleur. Présentement ça goûte la sauce bbq brûler. YArk!Voir plus

La pizza est bonne, vraiment là j'ai rien a dire. Le service client est A1 on a parler avec le boss de la place apres une erreur sur notre commande & ca a ete réglé super rapidement. J'enlève 2 étoiles parce que la poutine manquait sérieusement de sauce & de fromage. Je recommande quand meme pour la pizza qui en vaut vraiment le détour !Voir plus
Hi I am not one to write a review. If I don't like something be it the food or service I just don't go back. I have been frequenting New System for about 10 years not & have not been disappointed. However,that changed today. I ordered a chicken pita & fries. The fries were their usual substantial & good but the chicken pita was ineatible. This was the first time I was unsatisfied.
Update today 2023 08 24 I decided to try the New System again. In the past the hamburgers were very good. Today I must say things have gotten really bad. It was the worst burger I have had from them. Sorry New System. I'm not going back. This is very disappointing. Need to find a new place.

Ça fait très longtemps que je suis client de New Système mais depuis que c'est vendu c'est rendu de la MDR là ce soir j'ai pris une chance pour 2 sandwich au somme meat que de la tiraille froid & tout petits après 2heure d'attente pour 25$ plus jamais je vais commander là c'est vraiment désolant c'était un très bon restaurant alors je leur donnerais un beaux -10 d'appréciation
Do not order during peak hours. Delivery can be extremely slow, & the food improperly cooked.
Such a disappointing experience. Have ordered from here for years & the service has just gone down hill. Ordered the honey chicken & it was burnt, fries were looked cooked but had that raw potato crunch. Opened the buns & they were burnt black.
Figured give them a 2nd chance, maybe it was a new cook etc. Ordered baked lasagna with Caesar salad. Tin was only 1/2 full & the few noodles in it were shredded lasagna noodles mixed with rigatoni! On top of that the salad dressing seemed watered down. I called to let them know & the lady who answered was really rude & unapologetic. Last time they get my business.
Vraiment dégoûté! Après livraison, frites vraiment froide & l'ass De smoked meat vraiment pas bon , plus jamais je vais commender again & c'est sûr que je vais dire sur mon blog de jamais aller la..
Delivery took over an hour & when food arrived the drinks were wrong & one was missing, when I called to see about fixing the drink order staff on the phone was rude.
Last order arrived cold, the fries, the pitas & a missing coke. After calling them, we were told they could'nt do anything for the pita & the fries, it's normal to arrive cold. There are no supervisor to take a decision & nobody can redo the order or offer a refund. Crappy service, especially when I am told that my order is cold because it is cold outside (-11 C), so how the other restaurants are able to keep my fries hot, they might use magic!!!
Tonight i order has usual but i got a soup for a lasagne ( too much sauce, almost no cheese kinda floating in the container... bacon was also bad cut & not good tonight) when i called to complain they were not able to solve any of the problems or even cared about it except that i could hear them over the phone yelling to each other instead of just giving me a credit for next time... in the end i got hung up on the phone & they never called back! Horrible rude & not fun experience! Has a regular customer ( once a week) i will never order again!

Ma dernière livraison fut horrible donc probablement terminé car ils sont incapables de garder des standard & leur gestion de problème est négligeable... on m'a même raccroché aux nez lorsque je fesait une plainte après que j'ai eu à les entendre s'engeuler au téléphone! Déconseillé
Horrible customer service. do not eat here since they do not care about any of ther customer. Even the owner is rude & doesnt want to speak to disatisfied customers. Lost another client
The pizza crust was great, I love greasy cheese laden Greek diner pizzas like this. My only qualm was the pepperoni they use. The big round slices got to go.
& they need to do some dusting, cleaning, etc.. I'd be scared to know what their prep area looks like.
4* for the Pizza
1* for hygiene
4* for service (Service was fine by the older lady, she was pleasant)
But overall because of the cleanliness I don't think I'd go running back, I only have this type of food a couple of times a year anyway.
I went to eat at New System BBQ on Halloween & I had fried chicken ... Honestly, it's the best fried chicken I've ever had ! It wasn't dry, it was soft & it tasted amazing ! Plus, their chicken is home made & always fresh ! As for the ambiance in the restaurant, it was great ... The staff was dressed up for Halloween & it was a fun environment! I also called for delivery yesterday & it was pretty fast & the pizza was great ! Definitely should check it out, especially for delivery if you want fast service !!
C'était une deuxième fois, la première fois, j'ai trouvé la nourriture très ordinaire & on avait eu droit à une crise du patron via un employé & les serveuses avait honte...cette fois-ci...se fût plus calme, mais la nourriture est pas vraiment de bonne gamme & de qualité. Un restaurant assez standard, pas très accueillant & je comprend beaucoup plus pourquoi, ils font de la livraison, car pas très intéressant à manger sur les lieux. Disons, qu'il n'y aura pas de suite.
