Excellent concept (service à volonté avec commande sur téléphone à partir d'un code QR sur la table). Le service est super rapide & courtois. La salle à manger est énorme & bondée, assez bruyante. Des téléviseurs ouverts à des canaux de sport détonnent dans le décor. Certains plats nous ont beaucoup plu (les soupes en entrée, les dumplings). Malheureusement, la plupart des sushis sont assez décevants. On sent que pour fournir une aussi grande salle à manger à une telle vitesse, il y a une armée en cuisine qui prépare des makis non-stop, & ça paraît malheureusement sur ce qui arrive dans l'assiette. Les makis manquent cruellement de saveur & dans certains cas, le riz a eu le temps de devenir sec, signe que le sushi a été préparé depuis un certain temps. En terme de comparaison, je dirais que c'est semblable en terme de qualité à un plateau de sushis acheté au prêt-à-manger d'une épicerie. C'est correct, mais pour 50$ par personne sans boisson, on pourrait certainement manger bien mieux ailleurs.View more

We were eager to try this place for the all you can't eat experience but our experience was not the best. 50$ for Saturday night I've never met a rudest hostess in my life, we waited for almost 10 minutes before being greeted in a very not so nice way, she gave us attitude the entire time. We got seated & she came to drop the paper to scan on our phone & didn't even explain how it works. I think a hostess is one of the most important part of a restaurant. If she works like this everyday there's an issue, she shouldn't be working in a restaurant. The food itself was good, really liked the forced Nigiris. We felt like they had trouble cleaning out the empty plates from our table, new good was coming but we still had empty plates sitting on the corner of our table. We had to ask a few times to get water, since we felt like they weren't really paying attention to customers. Im not sure if this was because they were understaffed. To conclude would I come back, I won't think so, we came all the way from Laval & there's other better sushi places that we can go too. Im giving a 2 for the food because it was to our liking but I'm removing 3 stars because of the way we were treated by the hostess. So on 10 I would give a 6.View more

Had an absolutely wonderful night at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Muz, our server, who made us feel right at home. Muz took the time to explain everything on the menu, was super attentive, & kept a smile on his face the whole time, which added so much to the experience. The food was fresh, colorful, & packed with flavor, & the sake was just incredible! Muz truly went above & beyond, making our visit unforgettable.
