We were eager to try this place for the all you can't eat experience but our experience was not the best. 50$ for Saturday night I've never met a rudest hostess in my life, we waited for almost 10 minutes before being greeted in a very not so nice way, she gave us attitude the entire time. We got seated & she came to drop the paper to scan on our phone & didn't even explain how it works. I think a hostess is one of the most important part of a restaurant. If she works like this everyday there's an issue, she shouldn't be working in a restaurant. The food itself was good, really liked the forced Nigiris. We felt like they had trouble cleaning out the empty plates from our table, new good was coming but we still had empty plates sitting on the corner of our table. We had to ask a few times to get water, since we felt like they weren't really paying attention to customers. Im not sure if this was because they were understaffed. To conclude would I come back, I won't think so, we came all the way from Laval & there's other better sushi places that we can go too. Im giving a 2 for the food because it was to our liking but I'm removing 3 stars because of the way we were treated by the hostess. So on 10 I would give a 6.
Je vais au Mitsuki depuis ses débuts & ce soir j'ai été déçue par la baisse de qualité de la nourriture... certains sushis étaient secs, manquaient de saveur... Un point positif est que le service était très bon ! Mais niveau nourriture... ce n'est plus ce que c'était !

Employés serviables & gentils Ambiance un peu bruyante, éclairage intense... Nourriture: manque d'uniformité pour un même produit commandé plus d'une fois (chips de tartares non épicé première fois, & épicées la seconde fois// en avons repris une 2ème fois pcq nous l'avons aimé non épicé... déception au 2e service ) // Gout & qualité décevants & pas de WoW // calmar frit caoutchouteux & bcp de panure, le tout sans goût. À essayer, pour ma part, je n'y retournerai pas. Désolée.
Had an absolutely wonderful night at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Muz, our server, who made us feel right at home. Muz took the time to explain everything on the menu, was super attentive, & kept a smile on his face the whole time, which added so much to the experience. The food was fresh, colorful, & packed with flavor, & the sake was just incredible! Muz truly went above & beyond, making our visit unforgettable. Huge thanks to him & the entire team, including the kitchen staff, for an outstanding evening. Highly recommend!
Very fresh sushi, they added new varieties & more "torched" sushi. The shrimp tempura were so crispy. The attention of all the servers is great. It's been a while since we didn't eat so well!
Tout est toujours excellent, excellent service Parfois les tables sont beaucoup trop proches de celles des autres, on se sent coincés à plusieurs endroits dans le resto, mais on passe par dessus lorsque on reçoit nos plats
Le personnel était très accueillants, souriants...on nous donne 1h45 pour manger. Nous sommes entrés les 2e à 11h30 nous avons été servis à midi alors presque tout le monde ou presque mangeait déjà...il était 1h & on devait libérer la table pour 1h15, j avais pas terminé de manger...ils sont en retard & c'est nous qui écope & partir...mauvais concept & 30$ par personne, (surtout quand t'as pas fini de manger) & beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité. Voilà !
Food was good, atmosphere is okay. But the service was poor & it was SOOOO expensive. Firdt, their app wasn't working so we had to fill up a paper for each order. Then it took them so long to bring us our last three dishes, that we had forgotten about them & we had already served our desserts & the bill had been taken to us. & because there were 5 of us (3 kids & 2 adults) they charged 18% tip in advance, so we couldn't even decide whether they deserved it or not. Not going back.

J'ai adoré. Même si le pouvoir que J'ai donne était seulement de 10% . Ma derniere fois c'était il y a 2 ans. Je suis a la retraite alors adjustment budgetaire. Mais J'ai bien profite de la nourriture que était vraiment bonne.
Fui ao local pela primeira vez na primeira semana de outubro de 2024. Chegamos por volta de 12:30. O ambiente era limpo e o atendimento fois muito agradável. A comida também estava boa. Valeu a experiência de conhecer o local. Com certeza eu voltaria ao restaurante.
