I recently visited Mitsuki at Dix30 & was impressed by the quality of their sushi-fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. However, the dining experience was marred by their table ordering system. The client-facing app is plagued with bugs, & the system doesn't integrate well with the KDS & POS, leading to order mix-ups & delays. While the food is fantastic, the technical issues need serious attention to improve the overall experience.View more
