Mes amis & moi allons régulièrement chez Mirazu sur le Plateau depuis son ouverture il y a quelques années. Le service est bien, mais la nourriture a perdu un peu de sa qualité. Il n'y a plus de pain fait maison & quelques plats sont réchauffés au lieu d'être frais comme avant. Exemple: le plat chakchouka avait l'air triste avec ses oeufs affaissés & secs. Une vraie déception! On y retourne en espérant que vous allez rectifier le tir.
Je recommande fortement ce restaurant pour plusieurs raisons :
- l'accueil chaleureux du personnel
- le même personnel qui est aux petits oignons pour les clients, qui explique en détail les choix de menu
- vous n'avez pas à demander un peu plus de café, de thé ou d'eau, votre verre se remplit automatiquement
- & SURTOUT LE MENU EST DELICIEUX, TOUT EST DELICIEUX.

I hadn't been to Mirazu since 2019 & was a little disappointed to see the service isn't as attentive as before & the food, though still good, isn't as thoughtfully prepared. The kaymak was most disappointing, more like whipped cream than true kaymak & the bread wasn't the hot-off-the-grill deliciousness it once was. I hope this was just a one-of meh day & they will soon get back up to their previous standard.
L'expérience a été décevante au niveau du service. Le serveur ne parlais pas français & était arrogant. Il n'a fait aucun effort pour échanger quelque mots en français. Je peux comprendre la pénurie de personnel mais il y a une limite au respect. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.
