Une première visite l'été passé & une seconde visite en fin d'année : la constance est là ; le service est toujours impeccable & attentionné (sans être trop présent), & les plats sont raffinés & absolument WOW. Oui c'est cher, mais la qualité est là

Our friends introduced us to this restaurant a couple of years ago & have returned for the 3rd time. The food is fantastic, very flavorful & varied. Ambiance is good, service is also good. The price is slightly higher than average but well worth the treat. I do recommend you try it.

We tried the group royal menu, which is made up of their best dishes. It was one of the best meals that we have ever eaten. The lamb shank tajine was our favourite. It's a little expensive, but there is lots of food & we took home enough to have lunch the next day. Service was attentive & friendly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montreal!

Menthe & Couscous has an excellent menu for those diners who enjoy a combination of flavours. The atmosphere is confident: the staff moves intentionally & quickly, without being hurried. The restaurant is full without feeling too busy. There are tons of people there & it's not too loud to have a good conversation. It's the kind of place where the waiter is inspired to try making some of the dishes at home in their spare time. The best part is that for guests who have food restrictions, from allergies to dietary requirements, the rotating series of staff who deliver each dish verbally articulate & affirm the allergen-free dish they are serving, which means the patron doesn't have to engage in a guessing game. We had a wonderful time & would strongly recommend Menthe & Couscous to anyone!

Absolutely must try place!! Everything is just perfect, it's hard to say this about a restaurant but this place blew my brains. You will find absolute perfection here. The service was excellent, almost every staff who pass by you check if you need anything. You see everyone take care of every table. The food was amazing & you can taste every ingredient in your meal, food takes a while to come but it's an absolute bliss. Great if you're looking for fine dinning & must make a reservation 2-3 weeks before because this place is booked all the time. Thanks Damas, will definitely be back

I was blown away, from the atmosphere, decor to the explosion of flavours. We had the M & C salad which can be only described as bliss, the seafood tajine with shrimps, octopus, calmar & mussels (the most tender octopus I ever had) & the lamb shank tajine(mouth watering).

Reservations are a must! It would be wise to book at least 2 weeks in advance to make sure you get the time slots you desire. Walkings are welcomed but you really need to be lucky or show up late otherwise. If you are a group try the group royal tasting menu, it might be the best deal to get the most out of the experience.

Came here twice & I would say their appetizers are delicious. The first time we went we got the Brik & méchouia. Loved it all! The second time we got the lamb tajine, the couscous paella & kunafa as a dessert. We would go here again for more plates to try.
