The decor is casbah meets cool. Attentive service & knowledgable staff. Original dishes created from Mediterranean favourites & beautiful presentation. Quite pricey though .. definitely a treat

I heard this retaurant was good but you have to reserve in advance & I could never get a reservation but when I did go; the food was the best Mediterranean food I had in Montreal, for my husband that came from that part of the world was the same experience fantastic food. For me was especially the couscous royal was so well delicious. We had very good service. Now I understand why this restaurant is so busy. The decor is nice.

Arrived from the snow into this warm & inviting restaurant, every dish was colorful & delicious. My favorite was the lamb tajine. To die for. I don't live in Montreal but when I'm next there I'll definitely be going back for more of their lamb dishes.

Dans le joli quartier latin, un restaurant qui combine la brique nord américaine & les lampions orientaux, ce qui donne un joli décor. Le personnel est très gentil, efficace & rapide. Quant aux saveurs, c'est un feu d'artifice! Le menu de groupe royal familial, est à prendre sans hésiter. Sans doute une des meilleures tables de Montréal.

This is the kind of restaurant one makes a whole get-away around. It's a journey & a destination you will not regret. Absolutely impeccable from the decor to the food to the service to all the little details. Very expensive so dress up & treat yourself to one of the best dining experiences of your life.

We ate here early December. It was our second visit & somehow managed to be even better than our first. We had the show menu & although it's very expensive, they give you an abundance of food. We had to take a doggy bag home. But if you go à la carte I highly recommend the delights for 2 as appetizers & the lamb shank tajine which are out of this world. Reserve in advance because it gets booked fast.

Quel beau voyage culinaire au méditerranéen ! Commencez par un délicieux citronnade au menthe fraîchement concocté & débordant de saveur. Nous avons pris le menu de spectacle 4 services à 60$ par personne. Nous avons dégusté avec plaisir les tajines agneaux & celle au poulets. Malgré notre bonne fourchette, nous n'avons pu manger le dessert (n'hésitez pas à demander un doggy bag. Plusieurs clients l'ont fait lors de notre visite). Le repas est copieux & succulent. Je n'ai pas déjeuné le lendemain matin. Il y avait de la nourriture pour trois personnes au moins!! À noter: C'est apportez votre vin.

Une amie nous a fait découvrir ce bijou de restaurant...wow. Salade M & C incomparable avec les autres, entrée moussaka & doigt royal, etc. Les plats sont copieux & délicieux. Très belle ambiance & du beaux monde chics.

This is a must do in Montreal. Located in the quartier latin minutes from the theatre Saint Denis, it is one of the best culinary experience in town. Great service & atmosphere for couples or with friends. Try it!

Menthe & Couscous does not need my help. They are in virtually everybody's top ten restaurants in Montreal. & they are #1 for many. I'd have to eat out much more frequently to be able to rate it that high but it is, in a word, wonderful. This was a birthday dinner, which justified its expense, & it was a great success.Menthe & Couscous is such a treat. The best a lamb shank tajine dish that was so full of taste that it blew me away etc etc. &, of course, you must reserve.
