Conveniently located close to St. Joseph church oratory, this was my first dining experience in Montreal & it exceeded my expectations! Absolutely delicious burger & poutine! Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients & you can definitely taste it. The smell of buns being baked at the front was making me drool! Very friendly & warm service. My second 5 star review, & I eat out alot. I would definitely recommend this place to new tourists as a great first impression!

Mekan & Beyond is a place you need to check out. It's not your typical burger & fries. Everything is made FRESH. Fries are crispy & burgers tasty. When you're done you need to sit for a while to digest everything, because it's SO filling. When they say Beyond in their title, it really IS Beyond.

Visited Mekan about a month ago with 9 collegues from work. The service was excellent & the staff very friendly & helpful. The food was absolutely fabulous, not one complaint from the group. Will definitely return, especially cause it's less than a 5 minute walk from work.
