I never leave reviews but I just have to rave about this place. We have been ordering takeout regularly from Masala Art for the last few years - large orders - & we have never - NOT ONCE - had a mistake in our order. How is that even possible statistically?? Also the food - authentic, flavorful, plentiful - & the service we get is always welcoming & kind. This place is a West Island gem. Highly recommend.View more
This is an awesome Indian restaurant near the West Island area. We've tried both veggie & meat dishes, & they're all delicious. The place looks nice, & the staff is friendly. They do party orders too, but you have to pick them up. It might be a bit pricier than other spots, but it's totally worth it. Only thing is, they should give more napkins without us having to ask.View more
Recently dined at this Indian restaurant & was pleasantly surprised by the variety on the menu, including some original dishes that you don't typically see at other places. The momos were particularly impressive & come highly recommended - a real highlight of our meal. There's also a great selection of sharing plates, which is perfect for groups wanting to sample a broad array of flavors. While it's not a high-end dining establishment, the quality of the food & the overall experience were very good. It's definitely worth checking out for those interested in exploring Indian cuisine in a casual setting.View more

Great vegetarian options. We ate sarson d saag, dal makhni & naan. It was just perfect!View more
Loved the food & portions were huge. Must try are chilli momos , Veg Manchuria , Tangdi kebab & chicken fried riceView more
Ordered Veg Manchurian (6qty) & momos (12qty). While the taste was okay, I found the prices a bit on the higher side. Additionally, my dining experience was dampened as I observed a restaurant worker washing glasses right next to the cash counter, which felt off-putting. Unsure if that's the correct practice.View more
This place is something else, our favorite Indian restaurant in all of Montreal by far. Staff is extremely friendly & make you not want to leaveView more
Great Place! Best food in Montréal. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Edit: I visited this place again. Their food is still top notch.View more
The food is just alright, not bad, not amazing. The restaurant had only 2 tables to serve when we were there, considering that the service was very slow. May be there was less kitchen staff too. I will give it another try, though. The restaurant is clean & the staff is nice & friendly.View more
My son & I went to Masala Art for the second time last week. That's the first time I noticed how many Indian people frequent this place. Th food is excellent & I took some Lamb Korma, very mild, home for my wife, together with the remains of our supper, to eat the following night. She enjoyed the mild spiciness & said that it wasn't too hot. Accompanied by Naan & Rice, this made a good second day. They have a full bar too, with a selection of bottled beer & wine. No draft beer yet! The place is large enough to house our Friday night group of 12 people, so one of these Fridays we will be back! The room is fairly bare & poor atmosphere & that's my only complaint. The food is the highlight!View more
First time trying & we thought the food was great... But pricy compared to other Indian restaurants we've eaten at...View more
