Very delicious food! Definitely a great vegan option. Drinks a bit pricy in my opinion. Main course took some time to get, but understandable as we went on v-day. Cozy atmosphere, yet tables are quite small.

We sought this place out for dinner while visiting Montreal since it is a vegan restaurant. The restaurant was very busy & a bit crowded. The noise level was quite loud & it was hard to converse. (One guest was legit wearing noise cancelling headphones & I was a bit jealous.). The staff were very friendly albeit very busy. The place seemed slammed! The staff seemed to keep up & food arrived quickly. To start, we had the deep-friend cauliflower & the eggplant bharta - both were delicious! For mains, we had the lasagne & the house curry. Both were underwhelming & lacked flavour. One exception would be the chickpea flatbread that came with the curry. It was a stand out. I may consider visiting again to try other items on their menu, but I think I would prefer to go when it is less busy - or just get takeout if available.

Excellent food, excellent service, a staple of the Montreal vegan/vegetarian community for many years for good reasons! We did our wedding celebration here, everyone was taken aback by how cute the upper floor is for private reservations & how delicious vegan food (go tartare) can taste! 10/10 would do it again!

Quel plaisir de se retrouver chez Lola Rosa Place-des-Arts en personne pour la première fois depuis la pandémie. J'avais pu déguster leurs plats en livraison jusqu'à maintenant chez un ami qui habite dans la zone de livraison par Über eats. Nous avons redécouvert avec joie l'atmosphère conviviale & l'excellent service, en plus d'une nourriture végane de haute qualité. Nous avons choisi de partager une délicieuse assiette de nachos garnis en entrée & chacun le Hempburger avec frites & salades qui était digne de nos bons souvenirs. C'était délicieux. La sélection de bières en fût est excellente, & nous avons beaucoup aimé respectivement la rousse & la blonde de microbrasserie. À recommander sans réserve. Il vaut mieux réserver, car l'endroit est populaire.

My brother's first vegan experience...he went absolutely insane for the Lola "Cheesesteak". Our mouths are still watering from the Nachos, & Crispy Cauliflower. Flavour country. Nice ambience, & friendly service as well.

Amazing vegan fare! I had the latte & brownie dessert. My friend had 3 different types of ice-cream. ALL of it was delicious! Lovely decor in the Place-des-Arts area. Easy to see why it is still in business.

Lovely convenient vegan resto in the cartier des spectacles. Went for a light lunch. Perfect choice. Very friendly host & server. Helped us get organized outside in their small space, then helped us move inside with no hastle. Tables well spaced & all covid issues well taken care of, making you feel comfortable! Bravo. Nachos great, vege terrine excellent, all helped with a little wine. Great summer lunch experience. One star less because WC three floors up. Not their fault, but a small restroom on the ground would make a huge difference. Many thanks.

Love this branch of Lola Rosa. Feels more intimate, menu is great, & location can't be beat when attending an event at place des arts. Their vegan nachos are so good, tried crispy cauliflower for the first time & loved it, & the tajine was delicious (even without the feta). Highly recommend.

The reservation process online was very easy & when we got to the restaurant we were seated right away. The food was delicious, just it wasn't spicy enough. I got the curry & it was supposed to be a two level spice, even the waitress warned me about how spicy it was. But when I tasted it, it was more a 0.5 level spice. Still delicious though & the service was great. It's a bit expensive, but that's the normal price for vegan/vegetarian food!

Resto génial, que l'on soit végétarien, végane ou pas... c'est juste bon, goûteux & abordable en plus, surtout pour l'emplacement. Un bon mix de "comfort food", plats mexicains & indiens, & la carte des drinks est intéressante aussi. Le Lola Rosa reste une valeur sûre pour moi quand j'invite des non-végé au resto, ils aiment ça à chaque fois!

Excellent food , service & drink. It's a noisy lively atmosphere so if you're looking for a quiet spot or romantic dinner this isn't the spot. We love the food & always find a Lola Rosa when we come to Montreal! Well done! Best nachos ever, I prefer the vegan over vegetarian. We have had Tomatoe pie, poutine, burritos, chile, nachos, chocolate dessert. Everything is excellent, perfect! Don't miss out!!!

So satisfied with this place! My friends & I were trying to find a restaurant we could all eat at - with vegan & gluten free options - & Lola Rosa had just that! I got the poutine since I hadn't had it since I became vegan & it was AMAZING! 100% recommend. The desserts are delicious too & the staff are super friendly & sweet.
