You ask for cooked bacon they bring it burnt, the toilets were bad, the smell of the restaurant stays on your clothes, you can't even hear yourself speak.

La nourriture était bonne. La place est bien, c'est propre & pas trop cher. Le café coute 1$ pour l'avoir a volonté, il n'est pas inclus dans le déjeuné. Le service n'a toutefois pas été exceptionnel. Notre serveur n'est jamais venue nous revoir pendant qu'on mangeait, donc aucun remplissage de café, aucun ramassage d'assiette non plus, mais le service était rapide & notre serveur était tout de même gentil. Bref, j'y retournerai.

Fan of breakfast places, unpleasant experience. No effort in the service (bad), no ventilation in the restaurant. Smoky & unbreathable smell. Place to be avoided!

Nouveau menu très intéressant. Il y a tellement de choix, presque trop. Nous avons testé les crêpes, l’avocado toast & la poutine déjeuner. On s’est vraiment régalé. Comme les portions sont copieuses, on en a rapporté à la maison. En somme, une belle expérience

Première fois à l’œufrier chabanel . Le restaurant est très propre . Excellent service , temp d’attente raisonnable pour commander & recevoir la bouffe . Les prix sont honnêtes pour les portions dans une assiette .
La nourriture est délicieuse , fraîche & bien préparée.
Honnêtement, tu ne peux pas comparer ça à (allô mon coco ou chez Cora …) .
J’ai beaucoup aimé manger ici !
Une place à essayer, le seul inconvénient c’est le stationnement. C’est difficile & surtout payant après 9h du matin dans la semaine .

Not worth the price at all.

Average food.
Lots of extras, syrup is not included, not even the cheap table syrup, no coffee included. Very first time I see that in a brunch place. Considering the price it should be included 100%.
The crepe was very thick, almost cold, the bacon super dry with as said above no syrup, so definitely not good & also not very warm. The hazelnut chocolate was pretty thin, much less than any other brunch place. The potatoes were ok but pretty bland.

Service was sub-par in my opinion.
It was a Sunday at 12pm, restaurant was not even full. Wait time before getting our order taken was ok, food was delivered pretty fast compared to most brunch places. But 1 of the 2 waiters was chilling doing nothing for a good 10 mins when multiple people were waiting.
I asked for water & never got it, seems like the most basic thing to serve when people sit down… nobody in the restaurant had water.
I asked for the sausages & got the bacon instead.
Not a single time were we asked if “everything is ok” so I could ask for the water again for instance.
So yeah basically I’m not even sure why there are waiters, promote the bus boy & he would do a better job I’m sure.

Atmosphere wise, it’s fun to see the kitchen & the large industrial open space, but there was no music playing so all you could were chatters. Not my style. But that might suit you.

Would I advise my friends to go? Absolutely not.
Would I go again? As a last resort yes, otherwise not.
