Nous sommes venus une première fois faire une partie de laser game dans cet établissement , la personne qui nous accueillie était pas très professionnelle & blasé de son travail. Aujourd'hui c'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient dans cet établissement pour faire aussi une partie de laser tag & nous avons été accueillis par une jeune fille souriante qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer & de rendre notre expérience exceptionnel avec un service à la clientèle parfait. Cette jeune fille s'appelle Houria, nous nous sommes permis de lui demander son nom car c'est la première fois qu'on a un service aussi hallucinant, merci à elle.

Overall we had lots of fun. A bit expensive but having a huge downtown location costs money so understandable. What I hated were the nachos. It was a giant plate of COLD nachos with crappy cheese sauce & sour cream. First of all, why cold nachos? They were terrible! & there was so much cheese sauce & sour cream on it that the whole thing became a horribly tasting mushy mess. If you're going to serve cold nachos at least put the sauces in a bowl on the side. Second of all, where was the salsa? If you're serving cold nachos, at least also include salsa. A bunch of tomatoes does not a salsa make! Thirdly, why just one size. The platter was so huge that the 5 of us barely ate half of it. The table next to us with 5 or 6 people also left a half eaten platter. Maybe the fact that it was cold & gross had something to do with it. Both us & the next table were surprised when we took our first bite & discovered the nachos were cold. They even asked us if our nachos were cold too! After all, what restaurant sells you a $20+ platter of cold nachos? Lastly, both tables had to ask for napkins! Who brings you nachos & doesn't think about bringing napkin? & then repeat the same mistake when the next table orders the same terrible nachos. Big fail.

I came to try the Pump It Up Arcade dance machine there, & I liked it. There's actually 2 machines there, so both beginner & experienced players would be able to play without having a long line. I played on the left machine, & the 10 panel buttons seemed to be responsive, which was great. The arcade occupy most of the 2nd floor of Les Cours Mont-Royal mall so you'll less likely to miss it & it's 3 minutes from Peel station from the Montreal Metro. The place is also connected to other malls in downtown Montreal so you won't be concerned about the weather outside.

Pour un forfait à 50$ on était 2 à s'amuser à une variété de jeux. Les petits jouets avec les points acculés sont un plus pour les enfants. On pourrait revenir essayer le miniputt & bowling.

We enjoyed the arcades & bowling; everything was spotless, & the staff was friendly. My daughter loved earning points for redemption, making it fun for all ages.
