Leur service est très bien! Patient & à l'écoute du client! J'avais besoin d'un gâteau pour le lendemain matin & il était prêt. J'avais demander le gâteau Stitch qui est sur le site & j'ai reçu exactement le même. Le seul inconvénient est que le glaçage était trop sucré sinon le reste top🙌🏽
Délicieux cupcakes toujours frais. Aujourd'hui j ai essayé le chocolat coco, bien moelleux mais malgré la noix de coco râpée, je n ai pas du tout goûté la saveur coco.
I had the chocolate Oreo cupcake, while it looked appetizing it was incredibly dry & flavourless. The cupcake was in no way sweet whatsoever & the icing was not smooth or buttery at all. I stopped in because the place was close to our hotel however after reading other reviews (after consuming the mediocre cupcake) I see this place is just a tourist trap. Stay away, there are much better dessert options all across Old Port.
J'ai commandé un gâteau 2 étages mais il n'était pas excellent, ça goûtait le sucre plus qu'autre chose. On ne goûte presque pas le chocolat. Mais le décor est pas mal. Par contre le service est excellent, on m'a contactée très vite après ma demande de devis.

Je recommande j'ai eu un soucis avec la livraison du gâteau & tout de suite ils ont été en mesure de nous accommoder avec un nouveau gâteau à la toute dernière minute, très bonne communication avec Anne-Sophie de la succursale du Vieux-Port.En plus le gâteau était super beau & bon.Merci beaucoup ! On a rajouté nos decos sous la thématique c'était un gâteau deux étages avec coulis rose. & on avait pris aussi des mini cupcakes 🧁 multi couleur.
The cupcake was too dense for me but the cream was good.i got the red velvet & the taste saved the experience...but 5,95$ for a cupcake is a bit much... Not sure that I will coming back.
I ordered a naked red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, overall it was a really good cake. I ordered on their website & picked up my order from their Laval Marche 440 pickup, so I wasn't sure where to leave a review, but it was a really good experience. Only one small issue, once my time arrived to pick up the cake, I received no email or message to tell me that my cake is ready, I know I'm nitpicking but how can I be sure that my cake is ready if I receive no confirmation? Is that only me? But it was no problem, because I called the pickup point & they said my cake was ready, so just something to consider for their website, because imagine if I drove 20 minutes to pickup without confirmation? Finally, their website said that this cake is for 12-15 person (6 inch), but that's something to take with a grain of salt, maybe if you cut really small pieces. I'd say it would be good for 10 people, but yeah that really depends on the appetite of the guests. & since the cake is only 6 inches in diameter, there's only so many triangular pieces you can cut, so you have to cut it with specific technique to make enough servings. Nonetheless it was a tall cake, but I'd say not as tall as the website picture, but that's fine.
Première fois chez les glaceurs pour la fête de mon mari, j'ai choisi le gâteau classique sur le site saveur chocolat garni de ganache avec caramel salé, gâteau prêt en 24h & était juste succulent vraiment, merci à vous.

J'ai récemment commandé un gâteau personnalisé pour mon anniversaire & j'ai sérieusement été impressionnée par le goût & la présentation. Ils ont su réaliser à la lettre les moindres de mes demandes spéciales.

Déçue, après avoir passer la commande , 72 mini cupcake pour un total de 144$ , on refuse de me donner un sac pour porter mes boites alors qu'il y avait de la neige/ grêle dehors. Ça fait partie du service à la clientèle & aucun magasin n'aurait eu l'audace de me charger le prix d'un sac.
Cupcake très bon. L'espace est de taille moyenne. Le gâteau a très bon goût, par contre la crème est très lourde je vous conseille de n'en prendre qu'un par personne.
I came here in a very early cold morning & the cafes around were still closed. My friend told me that in this cafe they offer very good croissants. It was very truth! The freshly baked croissant I had there was the best in my life according I've been in a lot of places around the world. Hope one day I'll go back there.
