We use most of our fruits and vegetables that are in season and meat from our farms. You will also be delighted to taste our superb artisan breads, prepared using local produce. Our mission is to offer our customers a gastronomic culinary experience that is both healthy and delicious. Come taste our delicious buffalo cheese and our famous “mozzarella di buffala”, made with the milk of buffalo raised on our farm. What a nice little gem! We made a stop here on our way to Rawdon. They have an inspired menu made from local options, & it's something to experience! I had their complete breakfast & everything was so good! Opt for anything they make in-house. Service was helpful & attentive. Quick coffee refills. We will definitely revisit again when we are back in this area!
Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle！Un restaurant très unique avec un style vintage qui se distingue. Chaque plat était un véritable plaisir.Le service est également très chaleureux. Dommage que nous vivions sur la Rive-Sud, mais nous reviendrons certainement à l'avenir si l'occasion se présente！

This place is our Go to! Fresh, local & the tastiest food in the area. Please, come with time to wait or do not go. Rosa prepares each plate as if she is serving her family. So if you want a fast serving you may go somewhere else.
Quel beau menu, présentation des assiettes exceptionnelle, particulièrement la gaufre coupée en quatre avec 4 garnitures différentes. Un gros gros Wow!
We've always enjoyed Chez Rosa for the location & the food, but our last visit definitely raised the bar. I had the steak & frites while my wife had the charcuterie board - the latter was the "best ever". The service was extra knowledgeable & warm, & we even had a few minutes to chat with one of the owners, which added a nice personalized touch to our evening event.
It was our greatest pleasure to meet amazing Rosa in person & have a délicieux Mother's Day breakfast. The wait was not long as we arrived early. The portions are big & the food is absolutely amazing. very fair prices too. We typically go to the other restaurant at st Calixte but will happily come here now as well. LOVED their Le Pompier breakfast. We were served quickly & their food is DELICIOUS!
Les délices de Rosa est un incontournable pour nous. L'ambiance, le service & la nourriture sont exceptionnels. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous y allons pour déjeuner ou un brunch & je n'ai jamais été déçue. La qualité de la nourriture, les portions & le service sont vraiment exceptionnels. Meilleure place à déjeuner !
C'est une première fois & j'ai trouvé ça très ordinaire, autant l'ambiance que la cuisine. Café froid, service froid ainsi que les toast. Une première & la dernière.
