Quel merveilleux endroit!
On y sert des fromages & ingrédients authentiquement locaux, jusqu'au sel de cuisine & aux figues en hiver! Une sélection de produits qui expriment la qualité, la santé & l'amour du travail d'artisan-e.
C'est fou la recherche & la détermination à soutenir la fierté & la souveraineté alimentaires québécoises qu'il y a derrière chaque choix.
J'aimerais habiter à St-Lambert pour aller tous les jours prendre un café & une bouchée à L'échoppe!

Le fromage est très bon mais une des comis comptable donne de l'information sur l'état de compte des clients. Ce n'est pas très professionnel.

Visiting from Hamilton, Ontario. We showed up here just looking for cheese & wine. Wow did it deliver. I think Max bent over a bit backwards for us to give us an amazing experience.

We didn't know the restaurant closed at 3 & had no real idea of how it worked or what we wanted.

What we got was the best CHEESE TOWER, we have ever had. Prices were reasonable too. We picked up some goods to go too, that butter is amazing.
