Me & my wife went here As we heard the poutine was phenomenal. We were a little nervous as we do not speak French & We had had some prior experiences with some people that were a little rude because of that, some were great On the other hand. This was one of the good times as Our waitress here was fantastic. She spoke some English & did her best to make us feel comfortable. Service was great, food was excellent.

You can't come to drummondville & not try the birthplace of poutine. They have a little plaque in the front of the restaurant that even says so (if you believe in that kind of stuff). Inventor of the poutine or not, I thought it was a fun place! Lots of seating, friendly staff, & a stacked menu. I got the regular poutine with the authentic sauce (it tastes a bit sweeter than the normal gravy) & I thought it was good! The cheese was very fresh. It's quirky that they put the cheese at the bottom.

A worthwhile tourist stop.

Un vrai bel endroit, une ambiance très rétro, on peut parler sans hurler malgré le monde, le service est efficace, les filles sont souriantes & les plats proposés sont vraiment copieux & on peut emporter les restes ! Je recommande beaucoup & on reviendra 👍

Belle découverte au Roy Jucep, reconnu comme l'un des berceaux de la poutine. L'endroit est chaleureux & l'ambiance conviviale. La poutine est bonne & on apprécie le côté authentique & traditionnel. Le service était sympathique, même si un peu lent par moments.

C'est une adresse intéressante à essayer pour vivre l'expérience & goûter à un classique, même si ce n'est pas un coup de coeur personnel.

The atmosphere, the staff, even the food utterly sublime! Photographs of the dishes cannot begin to capture their majesty. Should you ever find yourself in the vicinity, you simply must come & partake in these culinary masterpieces.
