This restaurant is really good, one of my favorite in Montreal.
Came here Thursday the 25th of July. Pretty good food (EXCEPT THE CHICKEN, EVERY CHICKEN RELATED DISH IS DRY AS HELL), ambiance is good but holy the service is non-existant. Been in the restauration business for over 20 years & might be one of the worst waitresses I have seen in my life, 0 emotions out of this individual just a plain stare, no greetings, takes your order & nevers shows up ever again. Really need to reconsider the staff they are hireing as the others were also not that great
Aside the waitress telling me when should I order my drink so it would be served on time, thefood & atmosphere were great! ...Beware of order a cocktail when you arrive or she gets angry!! 😜
Overall good. Generous portions. Beef dish was very yummy, green curry not nearly spicy enough but that is my own taste. Music in the restaurant was very loud but we chose the furthest seat outdoors & very much enjoyed the vibe of the street.
the pad thai was average at best. pretty dull, with what felt like stale tofu & overcooked chicken & egg. portion was big but not good enough that we didn't finish it. also the price is quite exercise at 30$ for a dish. unfortunately it was not worth it in my opinion.
Repas gâché par de la musique trop forte. La terrasse est très bien située, les plats étaient bons, même si le riz n'était pas bien cuit, les cocktails sans intérêt. Les portions sont trop copieuses & le service assez lent.
Tout était beau, bon, recherché, parfumé & original. Rien de générique. Bonus : sangria blanche avec galanga & basilic thaï !
🤤🤤🤤 Mon nouveau restaurant préféré. Service exceptionnel de l'équipe. J'ai pris du poulet aux arachides & mon copain le Pad thai & on a pris les tapas du jour. Chaque bouchée était une expérience. Je le recommande fortement!
Excellent en tout point, nous y retournerons certainement bientôt!
Excellent food & excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised, the portions were huge & tasty! We really loved our experience here. I would definitely come back!
This Vietnamese restaurant is super cute. They have several delicious mocktails & a large choice of tapas. I choose the pad sew with tofu & veggies, it was really good although the tofu was a bit too oily to my tastes. My friends got most of the tapas, & the mango salad & loved it. We weren't a fan of the grilled calamari as it was a bit too rubbery.. otherwise nice spot with cool decorations & really good staff!
Enfin un restaurant qui adapte les épices à la sensibilité du client !! Le serveur a été très à l'écoute, à proposer d'adapter, fair des recommandations. Une grande portion servie !! Le jus de lichi est très bon !! Un restaurant qui donne envie de revenir avec plaisir !
Comment expliquer un 5⭐ quand il en mérite 6...karla, Érik & Lan....tous exceptionnel. La nourriture est excellente, le service impeccable & le décor tellement agréable. Je suis une fanatique de la nourriture asiatique! Que ça soit des fusions aux restaurants plus spécifiquement identifier à cet culture. Honnêtement, ça vaut non seulement le détour, je trouve qu'il mérite une mention des meilleurs restaurants dans cet catégorie. C'est juste rendu un méga coup de coeur. PS, meilleure pad thai à vie**
Super bon repas ! Une belle ambiance & nous avons eu du très bon service.
Had the pleasure of dining at Le Mekong on a lovely summer evening. The terrasse was a great vibe & the food was excellent. We enjoyed a Singha Thai Beer & the Tuk Tuk cocktail. As an appetizer we had a nice & spicy papaya salad. For the food we took a Kang Paneang with Shrimp & a vegetarian Kang Kiew Van. Both were excellent. Will definitely be back!
Won ton soup is amazing. Authentic broth, delicious wontons, beautifully seasoned. Pad Thai freshly done in portions good for two. Friendly helpful service. Great value. (Open window facing the street gives you free ever changing people watching entertainment )
Wow de A à Z tout simplement. Belle ambiance, bonne musique & que dire de la nourriture ? Littéralement exquis. Je recommande x1000. Je veux aussi souligner la gentillesse & le professionnalisme de la propriétaire qui nous a reçu en groupe & qui a su écouter les demandes de chaque convive.
