Les plats sont très bon & faits avec désir de satisfaire les clients, plus particulièrement, comme moi, ceux qui recherchent le goût du bled:)). Côté amélioration: le restaurant pourrait être un peu plus propre, avec plus de sanitaires.
My 3rd time trying Algerian food, & was not disappointed. There is a nice variety of dishes. We befriended another customer who was Algerian & he helped us with the menu a bit, he noted there are a few items you don't find at other Algerian restaurants which was a delight to hear. We got an assortment of dishes including the shashouka, fromage omelette frites & some meat skewers. For how much food we ordered, the price was actually great. We were probably the only non-arabs in there, & the service was fantastic. I felt like they appreciated that we were trying out their food.

We had dining at Le Gout du Bled, an Algerian gem that truly embodies the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth & hospitality, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food here is nothing short of amazing. Every dish is a burst of flavor, rich with the traditional spices & ingredients that make Algerian cuisine so unique. The couscous was perfectly fluffy, & the tagines were simmered to perfection, each bite transporting me straight to the Mediterranean coast to the Algerian Sahara. The freshness of the ingredients & the authenticity of the flavors truly stood out. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The staff was attentive, friendly, & knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. Their passion for the food & culture was evident, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that offers delicious, authentic Algerian food & top-notch service well this is definitely worth a visit. It's a culinary journey you won't want to miss!
Je donne 3 étoiles pour l'accueil, j'ai toujours pris à emporter, la première fois je m'assois pour manger, message aux gérant-proprietaire, vous avez une réputation, on est entendu les médias parle de vous, vous présentez notre pays, cette succursale a un problem de propreté, les toilettes est catastrophique, saleté, lavabo & siège sale & très vieux, une poubelle très sale, les frites aussi sont catastrophiques, qualité des patates médiocres, huileuse, noir au bout, vous auriez dû important notre bons patates algériennes, en passant au toilette j'ai vu les bacs pleinent des patates coupés, non couvert. Prenez le temps de rénover votre restaurant, la propreté est la clé du succès de n'importe quel projet, surtout restauration.
