On est venus simplement commander un sandwich de frites omelette à emporter. Rien de compliqué. Pourtant, on a attendu 45 minutes.
Pendant ce temps, des clients arrivaient, s'installaient, commandaient, mangeaient… & repartaient, alors que notre sandwich n'était toujours pas prêt.

& le plus incroyable ? Nous étions juste à côté de la caisse tout ce temps. Impossible qu'ils nous aient'oubliés'.
Aucune excuse, aucune explication, juste un manque total de professionnalisme.

Évidemment, ils nous apportent enfin la commande au moment où on se lève pour demander un remboursement.

Franchement, passez votre chemin. Il y a bien mieux ailleurs.

Quelle expérience extra ordinaire. Je suis parti en avril puis en novembre 2025. C'est rare que la première expérience se passe bien mais que la seconde expérience se passe encore mieux. La qualité a augmenté. Les brochettes sont tellement tendres qu'on dirait que c'est fait avec du filet mignon. Le matlou3, le Hmiss pas trop piquant (juste ce qu'il faut). Le service est impeccable. Le personnel est gentil. Que demander de plus ? J'espère que cette institution restera avec ce standard de qualité pour toujours & qu'elle continuera à nous régaler & nous rappeler le vrai goût du bled qui nous manque tant.

Service rapide mais un seul inconvénient c'était que on recevait pas les commandes à la fois par exemple chorba la dernière alors que le bourek était le premier à servir. Il fallait avoir un chariot pour service à la fois toute les commandes
Les plats sont bon.

On a passé un super moment ! La chorba frik, le bourak & les frites omelettes étaient vraiment bons. Un grand merci à Mélissa pour son service impeccable - elle est tellement gentille & attentionnée. Je recommande ce restaurant sans hésiter !
