Le service clientèle très mauvais. J'ai commandé sur leur site & ils m'ont dit que le temps d'attente pour recevoir la commande était de 1h, donc jattends 1h. J'arrive la bas pour reccuellir la commande & ils me disent que ca sera prêt dans 10 min?. Jattend 10m & on me dit que je dois attendre encore 10 min. La je me fâche & je leur explique que ca fait deja 1h30 que ma commande à été faite & qu'il y a un sérieux problème si je dois attendre encore. Il revient pour finalement me dire qu'ils n'ont pas encore preparer ma commande?. Très mauvaise image de votre part, je m'assurerais de partager mon expérience le plus possible afin que les gens sachent la qualité d'expérience que vous offrez à votre clientèle. Vous êtes de très mauvais goût
