So I walked in thinking I was just picking up some cheesecakes to bring home to share with my wife, turns out this place is a hidden gem! They have 4 stores & the Laval Store is the original. I ate their chicken Parm sandwich... omg delicious. Get it warmed up & you will not regret it! I met the owner who is a really nice man. He explained everything they do & they also supply restaurants, so if you're enjoying cheesecake somewhere, it might come from here. Lol Amazing place to eat, the desserts were fantastic, my favorite keylime & cannoli!! Seriously Cannoli on a cheesecake?? Talk about 2 desserts in one!! Seriously I recommend 100% my next visit will be after supper this weekend. I'll bring my wife for a date night. Great job LCB Bravo!

Nous avons dîné aujourd'hui au Cheesecake Bar après une marche de 5 km dans le joli quartier. Le menu proposait une dizaine de sandwichs & wraps, mais seulement deux étaient disponibles. Malheureusement, celui que nous avons choisi était détrempé, loin d'être frais. Je l'ai mangé faute d'alternative, mais la personne qui m'accompagnait n'a pas pu terminer sa partie.
Nous avons signalé le problème au serveur, qui a écouté mais n'a offert ni solution, ni geste commercial - même pas un simple dessert en compensation. C'est décevant, surtout pour un établissement qui met l'accent sur ceux-ci.
Nous avons donc quitté sans rien consommer de plus, & avons pris notre dessert au Berlingot, tout près. Dommage… nous ne reviendrons pas. Un sandwich, ce n'est pourtant pas compliqué à réussir. Pour rajouter à l'insulte, la facture était inexacte. Le prix chargé n'était pas le prix inscrit sur le menu.
Plus de 16$ pour un sandwich végétarien très mauvais, mouillé & sans goût, avec un verre d'eau. Incroyable!
I've been here a few times & I have to say the mini cheesecakes which come in an assortment of flavors, were absolutely delicious. It's perfect if you like to sample a bit of everything. But it's not just about dessert-their sandwiches are fresh & flavorful, & the coffee is delicious . The cozy sit-down area makes it a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy some quiet time. Friendly service, great food, & a warm atmosphere.
I'm a very picky with my food & this place is delicious. You can definitely taste the freshness of the cheesecake & their coffee & wraps are very tasty. I read the reviews before going & wasn't sure what to expect but the flavors of their cheesecake are amazing. Definitely worth the trip even from downtown Montreal. They are better than any other cheesecake I've tasted in a long time. Keep up the amazing work LCB!

Lieu très agréable. Mais les cheesecakes étaient très décevant : aucun goût (chocolat orange & caramilk), assez cher. Il n'y avait même pas de pancarte devant chaque choix pour comprendre les différentes options. Dans l'ensemble : très décevant, nous ne reviendrons pas.
This is a beautiful space & I really love the atmosphere. The desserts looked amazing however unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the taste. The cheesecakes were bland. I couldn't differentiate between one & another flavor. Also the texture was a little thick & not enjoyable. I just didn't feel like it was delicious. I wouldn't go back. They look nicer than they taste. Even the chocolate chip cookie was very sweet & crumbly I felt like it would be better if we had some crispy sides to it but that could just be my preference. The place seemed to be lacking love & soul. I came here because of the many five-star reviews but I'm failing to understand how people find these cheesecakes enjoyable.
