We visited Café du Théâtre earlier this week to a mostly good experience. When we were seated, I asked for breakfast menus, but we were told breakfast stopped at 11:30am. It was 11:36am & not crowded at all. But sure, definitely past the time stated, & there were still some good options on their lunch menu.
We got the Croque Madame & the Fresh Fruits Plate, & the food arrived surprisingly quickly after we placed our orders! The French Fries were the best part of both meals, super crispy & well seasoned. The bagel on the Fruits plate was the worst. It was hard & tasteless, just unpleasant. However, the fruits saved the plate as they were juicy & tasty & very sweet.
At first, the waitresses felt very attentive, coming to check on us often & perfectly bilingual. However, when I was ready to pay, I sat for 15 minutes after asking for the bill. I even had enough time to stack our plates & pile everything neatly. Eventually, I walked to the front to find my waitress so that she could close out our bill & I could move on with my day, but I shouldn't have to do that.
Overall, our experience was fine. The food was expensive for what you get. I'm also disappointed that I was 6 minutes too late for breakfast on a slow day.View more
Difficile de repérer, on voit Brasserie Française (en gros) & en petit café du théâtre, ça porte à confusion.
Son personnel est très accueillant & aimable, j'ai aimée l'attention... La nourriture très loin d'une cuisine française, honnêtement pour le prix & l'endroit je m'attendais à un repas gourmet. J'ai mangé 35% de mon assiette, le bacon était dur & froid, la saucisse tiède, les patates presque pour faire un purée.. le jambon effiloché cuit a l'eau.
Avec beaucoup faim vous allez pouvoir manger...

The only thing good about this place is the decor & atmosphere. Our food sucked. Had the waffle & it was dry & tasteless with a tiny amount of sauce & pears. My friends dishes were not the greatest either & all of our food was cold. Service sucked, we had to go looking for our waitress any time we needed anything & the food took a very long time to come out. I think they are understaffed. Beautiful restaurant though!View more

We didn't have reservation but we were offered a table within 5 minutes on Sunday noon. The menu didn't have a vegan option, but I got the veggie bowl without the egg & it was delicious. Good that the cheese was on the side, I didn't see it in the menu. My family enjoyed egg Benedict & croque madame. I also got a decaf with oat milk. I liked that the payment machine offered options for percentage or amount of tips, unlike other restaurants which don't give you much choice.View more

Le service est exceptionnel, les petites filles sont très gentilles. L'ambiance est parfaite avant un spectacle. Le manger est excellent & nous avons arrivé sans réservation. Ils nous ont donné une place très gentille service exceptionnel, je recommande très fortement avant le spectacle.View more

Beau resto, belle ambiance. Un peu plus cher qu'un simple resto déjeuner. Les assiettes sont très bien présentées. Excellent service, personnel courtois. Le menu n'est pas surchargé & est facile à lire.View more

Un de mes cafés préférés au Dix30! Le cappuccino avec lait végétal est absolument délicieux - un vrai bonheur pour les amateurs de bon café comme moi. La cuisine est savoureuse, le service impeccable. Nous avons été accueillis à quelques reprises par la gérante Valérie, toujours avec le même professionnalisme & sourire. Un endroit parfait autant pour des rencontres d'affaires matinales que pour un moment chaleureux en famille. Fortement recommandé!View more
