Nous sommes arrêtés, par hasard, hier en fin de journée pour prendre l'apéro... Résultat : nous y avons passé la soirée ! Partager des entrées & des plats principaux est une excellente option. L'accueil est fort agréable. 5 étoiles au gérant & à son équipe. L'ambiance est sympatique. Enfin, un lieu où un montréalais peut se sentir chez lui dans le Vieux-Montréal.Voir plus

I have never left a bad review in my life, but this experience warranted one. My partner & I stumbled upon this place for brunch today. It was my birthday & I wanted to have a good time out with him. When we got to the restaurant, we waited in the front for five minutes until we were noticed by the bartender. Not a terrible thing by itself to experience, but it was confusing how we were supposed to get a table. The table we got was small, by the bathroom, & there wasn't much room around it for others to get by. Again, not a terrible thing by itself. My partner ordered a cappuccino & waited over 15 minutes to get it. We put in our food order, & waited over an hour for our food to be ready. People who were seated after us got their food before us, including the table right next to us that had the exact same waitress as us. We must have been forgotten about, & the waitress didn't check on us once while we were waiting. We had to call our waitress over to ask where our food was. Then she said our food would be ready in two minutes. It was another 15 minutes before our food was ready. My partner & I were about to leave the restaurant when she brought it out. There was no apology for such a long wait, or for our order getting lost. There was also no attempt on the restaurant's part for rectifying their mistake through comping part of the order, or making some other gesture to show they knew they messed up. We were disappointed. The food itself was tasty. With all of that said, I definitely would be cautious going there. With other reviews, it seems like an inconsistent establishment.Voir plus
Bonjour, j'y suis allé deux fois récemment, une fois pour bruncher & une fois le soir, ça a été une formidable expérience à chaques fois!! La cuisine est d'une qualité incroyable, le service exceptionnel, l'ambiance & le cadre sont super, les prix très correct, on y passe un moment exceptionnel!! J'y retournerais à coup sûr à chaques fois que je passerais à Montréal! Je recommande fortement!Voir plus

Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected... My meal was cold, they reheat it & the meat got completely destroyed. My partner's meat was too cooked. I was not expecting this from a Steakhouse!! About the drinks... super sweet, not as I was expecting. The wild mushrooms were the only ones that saved the night, really delicious. On top, they sat down in the bar, even when I booked in advance with enough time... The servers were gentle, but the food was disappointing... (deep sigh)Voir plus
Went for brunch on a Sunday as a group of 12. Had reservations. Our waittress, Mia, was excellent. She took the time to explain all the particularities of the menu to everyone as they arrived & was very attentive to our needs. The reason the service didn't get 5 stars was because the kitchen was a little slow, even though we understood we were a big group. The food was overall delicious. The crust on the bread of the tartine au saumon fumé was kinda hard & our steaks were a little burnt, though. Le dent sucré was pretty, but very sweet. My company was happy with the tartine à l'avocat, the breakfast sandwich, & the burgers. No kids menu available. The atmosphere was really nice. Stocked bar. Great music! The manager even wrote the name of the Spotify playlist for us. I recommend this restaurant, but probably for a smaller group.Voir plus

First time trying this place out so we decided to go with our waitresses recommendations based on our tastes, & she did not disappoint. Walked in for their brunch, service is bad, they seem to make everyone wait atleast 10-15 mins before even serving water. The latte served to me was below average. The winner was their quiche, absolutely delightful crust & filling, I got goat cheese, spinach & slow roast tomato one. Would return for this quiche but don't expect to be served properly.Voir plus

I recently dined at "Butterfly" with a couple of friends, hoping for a memorable experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant fell short of our expectations. On a Saturday evening, surprisingly, the place was almost empty, which perhaps should have been our first hint. Starting with the onion soup, it was disappointing to say the least. It tasted overwhelmingly of red wine, overpowering any traditional bouillon flavors one would expect in a classic onion soup. Moving on to the main course, I opted for the salmon. While the dish was acceptable, it was strikingly similar to a quick, 15-minute dinner I could whip up on a Tuesday night at home. On a positive note, the wine selection was commendable, & the service was decent. The waiter was attentive & helpful, which was appreciated. However, these few positives were overshadowed by the staggering bill. At an average of $175 per person, the value for money was simply not there. Given the overall experience & the cost, I can't justify a return visit to "Butterfly." My advice: save your money & consider other dining options.Voir plus

Très bon plats dans le cadre de Mtl à Table. J'ai pris la soupe courge, la bavette de boeuf & le brownie Toutefois, le serveur nous a déposé une bouteille d'eau sur la table, à 2 reprises, sans nous avertir que les bouteilles valaient 8$ chacune! J'aurais aimé qu'ils nous le disent avant & offre de l'eau en robinet.Voir plus
