Toujours aussi savoureux. Excellent gratin de pommes de terre. Canard qui ne laisse aucune papille indifférente. Gravlax en entrée parfait pour une mise en condition. Pour un menu classique, c'est là qu'on apprécie le savoir faire du chef qui en fait un vrai menu de dégustation. Merci
