Arrived on a Sunday, early afternoon for our first time. Restaurant was not very busy, almost as many waiters as occupied tables & despite not having a reservation, we were seated quickly.
We waited almost 20 minutes for just water, along with two other tables that sat down right after us. We waited almost 45 minutes to receive our food, two burgers with fries. Seemed like a lot of younger males working that day didn't want to be there or do their jobs.. I've had better service at 2 star Tim Hortons.
Restaurant atmosphere is spectacular & the burgers were honestly quite delicious despite the ridiculous wait, which is the only reason I'd ever consider returning. A place this nice needs a staff that matches it.. & on 5/17/26, they didn't have it. Hoping for a better experience if we ever return.

Beau restaurant & très bien situé sur le bord de l'eau. Les drinks & filet mignon étaient excellents. Service était continuellement bien au court de la soirée surtout considérant que nous étions un groupe d'environ 20 personnes pour un mariage.
Il y a 3 années nous étions arrêté ici par hasard pour notre anniversaire de mariage c'était fabuleux ma femme m'en a reparler souvent. Cette année nous sommes de retour & je dois avouer avoir été surpris par les goûts des tartares ,frite BBQ tout est sublime & voici la cerise sur le Sunday ! Ont regardé la beauté de la marina & la vue exceptionnel sur le fleuve il y a un vent & c'est normal ont tenaient à mangé au grand air voila que le serveur offre une couverture pour ma femme. Voyez vous c'est à ces détails que l'ont reconnaît une entreprise Québécoise exceptionnel merci & merci milles fois soyez bénis & longue vie à votre entreprise. Merci
La nourriture est très bonne un beau menu qui prône les artisans d'ici. Superbe service comme jai rarement vu! le serveur était au petits soins. Le dessert wow jai adorée mxon expérience :)

The food was delicious & beautifully presented, & the restaurant had a great atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the cuisine & atmosphere. Our waitress appeared to make an effort to smile & show some appreciation so the interaction was forced & lacked warmth or genuine hospitality.
What disappointed us most was the end of our meal. She came to ask if she could clear the table, so we requested the dessert menu. She immediately told us that the table was reserved with no apology. This was surprising, as there were more than 4 other available tables with a view. We asked again, but she insisted that our table was reserved point.
It's also important to note that when she initially seated us, she never mentioned any time limit or upcoming reservation for the table.
A more accommodating approach would have been to move us to another available table (& there was availibility) so we could enjoy coffee & dessert. Instead, it felt like her shift was ending & she wanted us to pay so she could close out her section.
This gave the impression that ending the service quickly was prioritized over the customer experience. It was unfortunate, as we were fully prepared to order more. In the end, not only was our evening cut short, but the restaurant also lost additional sales that could have been easily avoided with a more flexible & solution-oriented approach-especially since we doubted the table was truly reserved.
Nous avons été reçu comme si c'était chez des amis, le jeune homme du prénom Raphaël était vraiment sweet & nous a très bien recommandé, les choix que nous avons fait autant dans le vin & le repas était succulent! Merci Raphaël ton sourire, ta bonne humeur nous a fait apprécier notre souper!
