Mon épouse moi-même, & un autre couple, sommes allés souper là vendredi dernier. La nourriture est excellente bon comme tous les restaurants au Québec impossible d'avoir un hamburger médium, saignant mais… je dois vous avouer que ce qui a fait notre soirée, en plus de l'excellente nourriture, le paysage incroyable, coucher de soleil, le fleuve, la Marina, eh bien c'était notre serveuse, hôtesse de l'air Josée?? Cette femme est très attachante. Drôle connais son monde & franchement une perle. Si vous n'êtes jamais allé à ce restaurant, eh bien qu'attendez-vous? 😎
I recently visited Le Belvédère & had an overall enjoyable experience. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the marina & the St. Lawrence River that makes for a relaxing atmosphere, especially if you're seated on the terrace. The food was delicious, well presented, & full of flavor. The drinks were also excellent.
The only downside was the service. While the staff was polite, it felt slower & less attentive than expected, & it took longer than it should have to check on us throughout the meal. It didn't ruin the experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in that area.
Overall, the quality of the food, drinks, & the incredible waterfront setting made it worthwhile. If the service becomes more consistent, this could easily be one of the best dining spots in Sorel. I'd still recommend it for the view

Je prends le temps de répondre à ce sondage, car nous apprécions votre établissement & souhaitons vous partager notre expérience de manière constructive. Le 23 juin dernier à 19h00 nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes pour célébrer la veille de la fête nationale.
Nous avons constaté une augmentation marquée des prix des repas. Nous comprenons les défis économiques actuels, mais nous avons trouvé les tarifs actuels trop dispendieux par rapport à l'offre globale.
La gestion des promotions :
Nous avions en notre possession un coupon pour un dessert gratuit. La serveuse nous a informés que la boule de crème glacée en question n'était plus disponible. Malheureusement, aucune alternative ou compensation ne nous a été offerte en remplacement.

Bonne bouffe & le service était impeccable, notre serveuse Josée a été parfaite, sourire, recommandations & simplicité, nous avons grandement apprécié notre souper.
