horrible manager, he told me & my wife not to come anymore because my toddler did a mess at the table.

Ce fut un délice! Non seulement les plats sont joliment présentés mais également leur goût est raffiné! Une belle découverte! Le service est remarquable! À revenir & à inviter d'autres convives avec nous! L'ambiance est agréable ! De grandes espaces ! Love it!

I've been to the restaurant many time for pick up. I have never stayed to eat at the restaurant. Never have a problem with the pickup. The food is amazing. I love the pad Thai, the home rice & dumplings.
This week we decided to order in as bad weather. It took one hour to get the food , I fully understand not the greatest weather. The issue was we got the wrong order.
When my boyfriend called the restaurant to advise we got the wrong order the manager said will give you 10% discount next time order.
The manager said that he cannot bring us new order & we most likely did an error when we placed the order. The manager was blaming us. The manager said when we called in we mentioned we wanted # 43, I can definitely say we specifically said chicken pad Thai
When my boyfriend called to place order was very clear he said chicken pad Thai as my boyfriend hates sea food.
When my boyfriend said to the manager he needs to send a new order, the manager replied we always call in after we get order & complain. I could not believe he said that. We never order in always pick up.
They Cleary did a mistake but did not want to own their mistake.
I can't believe they did a mistake & we spend 35$ dollars & they wanted to give me 10% rebate on next purchase when they did a mistake.
Also the manager was blaming us. No respect. How can this person have a business being so rude.
I will never go back.
We ended going out & getting McDonald as we were so hungry.

Tres beau décor...Grand espace..Les tables ne sont pas tassees.

Toujours tres tres tres satisfait lorsque je vais à ce resto. Ca fait plusieurs fois que j'y vais. Je le recommande a tout le monde.

Best Thai food in Laval. I tried many items on their menu & everything was delicious. I love the peanut butter chicken with crispy spinach & the spring rolls.

First of all, I gave this restaurant's food & service on 4* because it really is. However, there are a few things I would like to bring up for the owner &/or the cashier here:
We are three when there on a Friday night around 5:30pm & the restaurant was empty (may be had 3 tables). We asked for a Banquette & the Cashier ( I believe he is the owner ) said that all banquette are reserved. OK find then he brought us to a table on the upper desk.
We were eating there until 7:00pm, However, we do not see any reservation coming in for the banquette & they place some clients to seat at the banquette for two persons.
The sad thing is my husband knows one of those clients & ask him if he reserved this banquette & he said NO, but he is a regular client here.
So 1./ You only give the banquette to your regular clients ? Which mean you will not get more new clients ?
2./ Seem to be you do not like Anglophone clients or you do not feel comfortable to speak in English ?
3./ We can see you are more friendly with Francophone clients ?
& of course the ambience in your restaurant look like a day care or a garden. When we come in we saw two white bright lights on the Toilette hall to show your dirty floor. & then the rest of your lights are yellow with low light in the restaurant which we were not even able to have enough light to read your small words in your menu. Beside that there are too many ugly plants around & those small half green & half yellow on your banquette tables. The person who did the designed for your restaurant really not knowing what was he/she doing.
Will not come back...
