Ce matin, je me rends à Brossard, à L'Amour du Pain. Une femme d'une extrême gentillesse m'accueille. En 60 ans d'existence, j'ai rarement eu le privilège de voir une femme aussi belle. Elle est digne d'un film français par sa beauté naturelle. Je suis complètement renversé.

This bakery is truly a gem! Their bread is hands down the best in town, with every loaf baked to perfection. They also offer a delicious sourdough made with whole wheat (integrale) flour, which adds an extra layer of flavor & texture. The almond croissants are flaky, buttery, & absolutely irresistible. As a regular here, I can confidently say it's worth trying anything on the menu, you won't be disappointed!

Commander un gâteau de Fête, avec mention de Bonne fête Surprise à la ceuillette. Ils ont oublié de placer la mention sur le gâteau Très décevant pour un gâteau commandé à l'avance Très déçu car c'était pour une anniversaire importante pour nous.

J'adore les pains, j'ai essayé plusieurs variétés, le pain aux figues, spécial fêtes des pères, j'aime le goût mais déçue de ne pas avoir des morceaux de figues. J'ai aussi acheté le noeud papillon, à mon avis c'est un échec total, ça ne goûte pas le praliné mais seulement le sucre en plus il faut l'ouvrir pour étendre la préparation qui se trouve dans un coin. Wow!!! pour la chocolatine aux amandes, gourmande, délicieuse & généreuse en garniture. Quelle manière préférez-vous? Un gant de vinyle bleu qui se balade partout entre chaque prise de pain, ordinateur, argent, papier etc....ou une mitaine en tissus ou autre qui demeure à sa place, facile à enlever & bon pour l'environnement.
