One of my regular restaurants in Montreal(among many others)! The food quality is consistently good & the atmosphere is nice. Good, quick service. Reasonable prices.
Nous y sommes allés en famille, c'était assez ordinaire. Les plats sont chers, la présentation n'est pas appétissante & la qualité laisse à désirer. Le thon était filamenteux & les accompagnements étaient très ordinaires. La sauce sur le thon n'était pas celle indiquée sur le menu. La portion était bonne ceci dit, mais je n'ai pas terminé mon plat à cause du goût & de la texture du thon. L'entrée de calamars était correct.
Très bruyant, le service était simplement correct, le personnel n'est pas très souriant, mais bon, rien de majeur à signaler.
Même les plats de pâtes étaient ordinaires, sans saveurs. Mon copain a pris la poutine, & c'était ordinaire aussi (ce qui est difficile à manquer)… Si c'était à refaire, nous irions au 3 brasseurs à côté.
I was surprised with this one. It was a Christmas party & there must have been close to 100 of us & there were still other people & other groups in this place. 2 floors, plenty of space & a decent atmosphere. Food was great, service just as friendly & we held our own party as if we were the only ones there including our own Bluetooth speaker for awards & prizes. No one complained. A good evening in a great place.
La cuisine & l'ambiance étaient excellentes. L'attente avant la prise de commande a été un peu plus longue qu'anticipé. À noter également qu'une serveuse a légèrement cogné la tête de mon collègue, sans conséquence, mais digne d'être mentionné.
First time trying that location, & it was nice. The place looks great.

I tried one of their veals & it was good, I mostly liked the sauce & mushrooms.
During winter if you're seated near the doors you might feel the cold air coming in.
Ça fait plusieurs fois que nous y allons & à chaque fois, nous sommes agréablement reçu.

Had a great lunch at L'Académie in Anjou! The chicken with mushroom sauce was perfectly cooked super tender & full of flavor. The veggies & roasted potatoes were fresh & well-seasoned too. Cozy vibe, friendly service, & good value for the quality. Definitely a solid spot for a nice meal without the fuss.
La cuisine de l'Académie a baissé de niveau. La viande est sèche, les sauces n'ont pas un goût naturel. Le menu est toujours le même. Le service est ok.
