J'ai récemment visité cet établissement &, bien que le service & la cuisine aient été très appréciées, j'ai été déçu de l'accueil. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, l'hôtesse a proposé de nous installer au bar près de la cuisine, ce qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation d'une table traditionnelle. Nous avons eu l'impression que cette proposition était basée sur des préjugés, ce qui a terni notre expérience. Nous espérons que l'équipe pourra améliorer ses pratiques d'accueil pour offrir une expérience plus inclusive à tous les clients.

We were a group of 4 people & took the table d'hôte. The cocktail we had to start had next to no alcohol in it. The entire meal was bland & inedible. From the tasteless lamb risotto (there was absolutely not even a hint of lamb in it) to the miniscule "chocolate" dessert (which was grainy & dry & made with dates & seeds). The only saving grace was the wine & our waitress who was very nice but could do nothing about the quality of food. For the price we paid it was 100% not worth it. I suggest going to the keg instead. It's much less pretentious & has way better food for a fraction of the price.

Popped into La Tomate Blanche in the heart of the South Shore's Dix30 shopping & entertainment district for a quick lunch. Located on the second floor (above the Japanese resto Niji), La Tomate Blanche has a very modern urbane decor with large windows allowing in tremendous amounts of natural lighting against a predominantly white decor, giving it more of a Miami feel than suburban Montreal. Coincidentally, we ended up ordering the exact same dishes from the Table d'Hote...the soup of the day, Broccoli Soup (excellent...one of the best versions I've had) & the Ravioli di Zucca (ravioli stuffed with pancetta in a creme sauce (also excellent). High regards for the pasta dish. Overall service was very friendly & pleasant with the meal being delivered promptly & in keep with a faster lunch service. Worth a visit if you are in the area. Enjoy!

Food was good. Serious lack is options with meat. A lot of the options from the mains & pizza had only 1 or 2 dishes which had meat. Great service but pretty slow.

Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere the food was good, comfortable chairs... but it seems that the waiter gave a 5 star service only to his regular customers.
