We had a very lovely time. experience was awesome. food was pricy but worth it taking into consideration the overall experience. it would be nice if the waiters will ask if we would like the food packed if not touched though.

Peut-être mettre d'office de la sauce soya avec les makis & des couteaux avec les ustensiles pour chaque personne avec cuillères de service pour les plats à partager.

J'avais envie de découvrir cette endroit depuis un certain temps.
Très bonne variété de votre menu d'alcool & le service qui viens avec la bouteille.
Par contre j'étais déçue de constaté sur place que votre menu était différent de votre site internet. Je suis allé souper dans un autre restaurant avant de me rendre à votre établissement puisque le menu en ligne me convenait pas. Par contre sur place en voyant votre nouveau menu, j'en aurais également profiter. Dommage d'avoir dû passé à côté.
Excellente présentation sur scène, par contre j'aurais aimé voir plus d'animation durant ma soirée.
Bien que la nourriture était excellente, malheureusement c'était froid..
Le serveur, même s'il était fort sympathique manquait à sa tâche.. oublié de nous donner un couteau pour la côte de boeuf, pas de service d'eau etc
Sinon l'ambiance était parfaite

Nous avons préféré notre expérience l'année dernière. Il y avait plus de clients, plus de spectacles, & ce, toute la soirée, & donc plus d'ambiance. De plus, nous avons préféré l'ancienne formule pour la nourriture où nous pouvions choisir une table d'hôte. Hier soir, nous avons quand même aimé la nourriture & les 3 spectacles & avons passé une belle soirée. Le service était impeccable ainsi que le personnel.

I was really disappointed by our experience. The server we had was so slow (3.5 hours to eat instead of our 2.5 hour reservation). The food is so so, portions are overall very tiny for the price. There were only 2 shows in the time we were there. Despite an error of one of our meals coming with a noted allergen in it, it took 30 minutes to replace, no discount was offered & meanwhile our meals all went cold. The only thing I think was nice was the place itself, it is very uniquely decorated. I wouldnt come back or recommend to anyone in the future.
I was honestly disappointed by our experience. We booked weeks in advance requesting a booth & didnt get one. Our reservation was for 2.5 hours, & we were there 3.5 hours, simply because the service was so slow & poor. Our meals took over 1.5 hours to arrive, & when they did, our friend received both of her dishes with the allergen she advised our waitress of. It took another 30 minutes to get her dish. Meanwhile our dishes got cold as we waited for her meal to arrive. It took over an hour for our bills to arrive & over 30 minutes to pay. We were never offered tea/coffee or dessert. Our table had no knives, so I ate my meal like a cave woman. My friend ordered a drink which never showed up. We thought the shows were every 30 minutes, & we only saw 2 shows. The portions were so small, it was almost comical. 4 dumplings on a plate? I would not return, nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Shame, the idea is so neat, & the space is so beautiful.
C'était notre première fois & on a choisi l'endroit pour célébrer mes 35 ans. L'ambiance & le décor était WOW!! La nourriture était délicieuse ! Malheureusement le service n'était vraiment pas bon...Nous avions l'intention de boire quelques verres mais pratiquement personne n'est venue nous voir pendant le repas & à part quelqu'un qui enlève nos assiettes nous avons reçu aucun service... nous avions l'intention de rester là après le souper mais nous avons quitter pour changer d'endroit Malheureusement
C'était une première expérience. Pas de morue, filet mignon & champignons, très tendres & bons. Calmars un peu gras pour en avoir mangé mais bons. Rouleaux de canard, bons mais même sauce piquante que calmars. Très cher.
