Nous avons testé ce restaurant alors que nous étions de passage à Montréal pendant nos vacances. Quelle découverte ! La cuisine est élaborée & d'une grande finesse. L'accord mets & cocktail surprenant, ambitieux. Quel talent & quelle gentillesse de la part de Loïc. Le service est impeccable. En France, cela mériterait une étoile. Merci pour cette belle expérience.

Four of us enjoyed the 4 course tasting menu paired with beverages. Each course was a feast for our eyes as well as our bellies. Oysters, soft shell crab, crudo & boef bourguignon.....all were delicious & the alcohol pairings were spot on. Kudos to the chef. Our server was knowledgeable & a delight. The only slight criticism is the comfort of the seating....definitely consider upgrading them so your patrons can fully enjoy your scrumptious food.
Outrageous cocktail pairing menu! We had four courses of thoughtfully created food & drink, expertly described, prepared in view, & the service was wonderful. Oysters, crab, scallops, & beef- created in whimsically delicious ways.
Sur le menu, chaque met est accompagné de son cocktail signature, ce qui vient bien complémenter l'originalité du Tittle Tattle. L'ambiance à l'arrière du cocktail bar est vraiment convivial & on sent qu'on est entré dans un endroit secret & magnifique (décor décontracté, musique groovy mais pas trop forte). Surprise par les prix, mais non choquée, on découvre non seulement des nouvelles saveurs & textures, mais aussi des produits plus rares & exotiques agencés avec perfection & amour. En tant que foodie, avide de cocktails & toujours en quête de connection, j'ai été bien servie. Mes coups de coeur : labneh en entrée, & le cocktail qui accompagnait les berlingots, le cynar & huile de citron. PS: props à la serveuse qui m'a permis de lécher mon assiette, & c'est toujours super cool quand le chef en personne explique l'origine des ingrédients de ses créations
Excellent service, on ressent beaucoup de bonne humeur & d'envie de faire plaisir. On a adoré notre dîner chez Gargamelle, ne passez pas à côté des cocktails délicieux qui complètent les plats à la perfection!! :)

So charming! Going to La Gargamelle, I kinda felt like in my family's kitchen, maybe one of my cousins would happen to be a mixologist & had been playing with the bar cabinet! Yet, it's absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Bread & Gochujang Butter, the Crudo is milky & delicious; watch out for the heat! The Scallops are fresh & vibrant, the Miso Black Cod is beautifully balanced & the Orgetto is totally a new discovery. What an amazing evening, can't wait to go again!
