Un grand choix de Bagels avec de multiples variantes pour tous les goûts. Des salades sont proposées également pour un mixte tout végétarien. Attention tout de même à l'addition qui peut être vite salé si on sort des formules. Ceci étant la qualité se paie & elle est pour le coup vraiment au rendez-vous. Everytime I'm in Montreal's Trade Centre, I have to stop in at LFBM. It's characteristic & ambiance is so inviting. Their service is top notch. The girl at the cash with the nicest smile, Paula is super friendly. You can see the clients love her service. Their bagels are so delicious. Their bagel sandwiches are so fresh & there are so many different options to choose from. I have tried the smoked salmon, the pear & brie just to mention a few. Their smoothies are soooo good! Freshly made. I highly recommend this place. It's super clean, everything is fresh, & delicious. One visit is never enough!Voir plus

Grand choix de bagels & de fromages à la crème. Malheureusement, les bords du bagel sont brûlés. Le caissier me dit que c'est seulement le bord qui est brûlé & moi je dis que le bagel va goûter le brûlé!Voir plus

I found this place while looking for a place that was open in the morning. From the morning, many people seemed to be buying coffee & bagels. Since we already had bagels, we decided to just buy drinks. I saw several bottles of juice in the showcase on the right & thought I should try it, so I ordered the Spinach Apple Avocado (epinard pomme avocat) Juice. It was a juice with the texture of spinach & apple peel, the refreshing taste of apple, & the softness of avocado. It has a slightly bitter taste, but I actually like it because it takes away the feeling that lingers in your mouth for a long time when you eat something sour. Next time I visit, I want to try something else. I think the fact that it costs $6 per cup also plays a part. There are about 8 tables for two right in the store, & there are benches here & there, so it would be a good place to eat the food I bought here. I am also sitting on a high stool & drinking juice right now.Voir plus
