I am a regular at your restaurant. We were only 2 (made reservations) & they put us next to a group of 40 loud, obnoxious & drunk table I guess celebrating Xmas. It was beyond loud & AT NO TIME dud the manager walk yo talk to the other patrons in the restaurant to apologize for the beyond loud crowd. They thought they were at a hockey game! When we spoke to our poor waiter to ask if he can ask them to try & just be a little less loud she said that the manager feels bad to tell them to lower their yelling. Wow! Must be hecss as use of the infinite amount of drinking they were doing which brings in lots of money. Extremely disappointed. Mostly from management. Thry really didn't care of ALL the other patrons in their restaurant spending lots of money to have to yell at one another. Went home took Tylenols. I just called to cancel my sisters birthday celebration on Dec 21 for 16 people. Very disappointed not even a coiffee or tea on the house.

AMAZING FOOD & SERVICE! Very pretty & there are even fishes at the front. Amazing restaurant for any occasion & very good for kids. The kids are allowed to feed the fishes & draw on the tables.

Très belle soirée réussie pour votre 15e anniversaire.
Ma conjointe & moi étions pas à notre première visite mais c'était la première fois que nous avions la chance de voir un band Jazz & nous avons grandement apprécié l'excellent repas dans un atmosphère jazzy.

Merci pour cette belle soirée & bonne continuité à tout l'équipe de Kyomi.

Meilleure expérience d'accueil & de service que j'ai eu dans un restaurant. Notre serveur Winston, nous a enveloppé comme jamais un serveur m'a servi. J'ai été dans des grands restaurants où l'on mange avec le petit doigt en l'air mais jamais aussi bien servi. Coté cuisine, les plats était vraiment goûteux, les saveur était recherché & bien balancé. Félicitations & longue vie à votre institution.

Avec mon équipe de 45 personnes, nous sommes allé souper pour célébrer les fêtes de fin d'année. Nous avons reçu un service hors pair, la nourriture était excellente , la quantité plus que suffisante (menu de groupe 3 services) & le service était très bien synchronisé.
En resumé, tout était absolument parfait ,merci d'avoir contribué au succès de notre évènement !
