First, bad experience at this Krispi Kream Coté de Neige. The word JOY is written on the wall, but that's not what the place radiates. The guy who took our order was in a hurry even though the place was empty. They don't have lactose-free options for coffee. They didn't offer me any other options either; simply, WE DON'T HAVE ANY. I wanted to ask about the bagels, but before I could finish the word'Bagel,' the guy told me,'WE DON'T HAVE ANY.' We quickly ordered something else. Despite everything, we paid & were grateful for the poor service. Sadly, the service isn't good. Do they have bad working conditions? I don't know. But I won't be back.
It used to have a lot of options. It used to be special. Now it became too basic & plain. Recently we bought through doordash & we didn't get the good varieties.

Great donoughts- they stay pretty forest for like 2 - 3 days- this picture is from the internet because I forgot to take a pic of mine however the arrangement was similiar - Montreal location downtown was a good choice - make sure you get a box of the original donuts & an assortment of your liking , there so good , lots of calories so be wise or try to be :)
I always get great service & a smile. I come from terrebonne to get a box or two from time to time . I like that their boxes reflect the seasons & the holidays...good job......
Je viens parfois à cette endroit toujours un peu tôt mais aujourd'hui je suis venu plus que une heure avant la fermeture mais les hôtesses étaient déjà entrain de tout nettoyer il ne restait plus rien du tout ! J'ai presque pas le temps d'entrer qu'elles me disent que y'a plus rien alors que je n'avais pas encore passé ma commande. Je me suis senti agresser. Jusqu'à présent j'avais rien à dire mais là faut pas exagérer !
