La nourriture était froide & la viande avait une texture caoutchouteuse. Nous sommes allés en parler avec le cuisinier, mais sa réaction a été totalement inappropriée : il a commencé à crier & s'est approché de manière intimidante, comme s'il voulait nous frapper, simplement pour une demande de remboursement de 20 $.

Est-ce normal de traiter des clients habituels de cette façon ?

De plus, le service semblait être en fin de quart & la qualité des plats n'était clairement pas à la hauteur de ce à quoi nous sommes habitués. La viande n'était pas fraîche & aucune responsabilité n'a été prise face à la situation.

La situation sera signalée aux personnes concernées, & ce n'est certainement pas la fin de l'histoire.

First, the food was cold & seemed old. As a regular customer of Koryo, I asked for a refund. Not only did they refuse, but one of their employees, the cook, started yelling at me. So not only was the food bad, but the customer service was terrible as well, do not recommend!!

C'est tellement bon, j'habite au centre ville de Montréal & j'essaie de venir me chercher du Koryo pour apportez une fois semaine. Je ne suis pas fan de leurs patates mais pour le reste tout est délicieux.

J'aime bien mangé au bbq Koryo, très déçu qu'il charge pour la sauce maintenant, me semble que ça devrait être inclus dans l'assiette à 20$! Pas gêné de demander du tips par exemple. Ne sera pas mon choix la prochaine fois que j'irai aux promenades
