Nous avons célébré l'anniversaire de ma copine au restaurant Kimpo hier & dans l'ensemble, ce fut une belle expérience. L'accueil était chaleureux & les explications sur le fonctionnement du barbecue coréen étaient claires. Le service a été correct, un peu lent par moments, mais rien de problématique.
Notre réservation durait deux heures &, dix minutes avant la fin, on nous a rappelé que le temps arrivait à échéance. Comme nous n'avions pas encore coupé le gâteau, cela a créé un petit malaise au début, car on nous a expliqué qu'il n'était pas possible de rester en raison d'autres réservations. Finalement, le personnel a réussi à réarranger les choses afin que nous puissions couper le gâteau & profiter de 30 minutes supplémentaires avec nos invités. Ce geste a été très apprécié & a vraiment fait la différence pour notre soirée.
Merci à l'équipe pour leur flexibilité & leur compréhension. Une belle adresse à découvrir pour une expérience conviviale autour d'un barbecue coréen.
I went there for my birthday with my friends & we absolutely loved it! The food was sooo delicious, the vibe super cozy & warm, & our servers David & Kervey were amazing. They made us feel welcome even after closing time, we never felt rushed. Truly the best birthday experience ever thank you so much! 🫰🏾 🤰🏾🍴🥇
David & Kervie donnent du SUPER SERVICE!!! Le personnel sont très serviables & ne mettent aucune pression pour partir, meme si la cuisine est fermée. Je recommande a tout le monde de venir manger a cette place!!
AMAZING service from the staff & the food was just as good. My girlfriend & I were starving after a long hiking trip & we left more than satisfied. So many different options of food available that we were basically trying everything & stuffed our faces with food. Thank you to our waiter that was extremely helpful throughout the whole night.

I came to eat during the weekend & omg it was an absolute blast. It was our first time & we were a group of 6. The waiter was extremely kind & helpful ,explaining to us how everything worked & treating us like absolute VIP's. We left rolling out of the restaurant because every single item on the menu was so good ( special mention for the churros ).
Sushi & sashimi are low quality fish. Corean BBQ is average. For supper during the week, its 70$ tax & tips included which makes it the most expensive all you can eat in montreal. The price does not justify the quality. Their tuna sashimi tastes like rubber.
The crazy part is they're automatically charge you the 15% tips even if you are dining alone then they ask if if you want to tip more.
Nothing I had their was good enough to say that it's worth coming back for & paying that amount. For that price, it's better to go to a la carte
Just like our group, our waiter Nicholas ate & left no crumbs.
Great food with a good diversity of tasty options compared to other all you can eat KBBQs I've been to. We had to wait a little long for some of our food, but the staff was very enthusiastic, kind, & helpful.

Tasty & delicious. Fast service. Friendly staff. The only downside is, they didn't have lettuce (our reservation was at 6:30 pm) & I love rolling my grilled meat in it. But overall, I will come back again. I already recommended my friends to try this place.
I'll start with saying theres a 15% surcharge/fee+ tax for anyone eating. So don't be surprised if you aren't tipping on top of that.
Now, it's not bad at all for an all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant. Service is friendly & the food arrives lightning fast (when the order isn't lost). Menu is varied but concise, all the options are pretty good, the cuts of meat are nice & the restaurant is kept clean.
A mazing experience at Kimpo BBQ! The all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ & sushi were fresh & delicious, with tender meats & flavorful rolls. The staff was attentive, quick, & super friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere & clean decor added to the vibe.
Je suis venu à ce resto 2 fois & je n'ai pas été déçu. Le service est bon, les employés sont rapides & efficaces. L'ambiance est agréable & la nourriture est bonne. Par contre, je trouve que la plaque est très petite pour un groupe de 6. C'est plus agréable de manger à cet endroit en groupe de 4 ou de 2. J'ai été choqué au moment de payer, le restaurant nous impose 15% de tips & ce sur les taxes aussi, il ne nous informe pas à l'arriver au restaurant, juste au moment de payer.
À n'en juger par l'ambiance, je m'attendais à de la cuisine hors de l'ordinaire mais ce ne fut pas le cas! Sans doute que si le serveur avait pris le temps de voir à nos besoins, plutôt que de s'occuper du groupe à côté, l'expérience aurait pu être différente. Nous étions pourtant un groupe pour un anniversaire nous aussi, mais on était pas 40!!!
