We recently dined here. Most of the food was very good however for one of our main courses we were served a charred black burnt fish dish.
We could not believe the waiter could actually serve this. We graciously sent it back only to have the manager/owner come to our table a few minutes later to try to convince us that this is how the dish wa supposed to be served & eaten!?
Obviously we did not eat it.
The same evening I emailed the restaurant to ask for an explanation & an apology. No reply. Sent another email a few days later- still no response.
Really too bad. This is very revealing about their customer service philosophy.
We are never disappointed when we eat here. The flavours & spices are terrific. Some of our favourite dishes are kibbe nayye, mouhammara & the fall-off-the-bone delicious lamb shank friki. We love turning friends on to this great restaurant. The service was also spot on, our waiter went above & beyond, she was so nice & helpful.

I loved the place, it's super cozy. The service is excellent, as well as the food. I've tried so many Syrian/Lebanese places, & this is for sure one of the best.
Nous étions une table de 4 & nous avons partagé tous les plats donc nous avons goûté à plein de plats diversifiés. Tout est excellent! Vraiment délicieux! Mention particulière à la salade Fattouch, le Kefta Remmen & le Mawsat Classique .Merci pour cette belle découverte de la cuisine syrienne. Nous avions bien apprécié l'accueil chaleureux du proprio Fadi!
Très bon restaurant, trouvé sur internet.
Le cadre ne casse pas des briques mais il reste correct.
😕Seul Bémol les plats on pris 40min pour arriver...
Ainsi que le gérant qui nous as fait une réflexion sur les tips alors que nous avons laissé 10$ de pourboire sur une table de 3 personnes....
Heureusement la nourriture rattrape ce petit inconvénient.
