Trés déçue du service 1 h d'attente pour avoir une mini place & des serveurs qui font la gueule dès qu'on leur demande quelque chose.
Ni merci ni de rien ni rien au final c'est déplorable pour un endroit aussi beau ! & en plus ça viens pas débarrasser la table ni demander si tout va bien EN PLUS DE JETTER LE TICKETS DÉS QUE LE POURBOIRE PLAIT PAS !

So I'be been about a half dozen times. When I go to an all you can eat my expectations aren't the highest however at this location my issue is definitely inconsistency in the service which I feel makes it difficult to recommend to others.
The food is relatively quick. I don't have an issue per day about food quality here but I will admit it was better some times than others (for example regarding sushi rice quality).
The service can be fairly cold, the very last time I went it took time just to get water which was served after my initial food order. Doesn't seem like they mind if tables are clean or not (just something I've observed).
The second to last time is where I definitely received an unacceptable experience. Very cold out & we do a lineup (myself & a friend) only to be told once we get to the front that it's a half hour wait for a table. Would be reasonable to announce to the lineup that This the case. Lastly the same manager that told us this is openly scolding another staff member in front of clients ; don't feel that this is professional.
I went one last time afterwards , to give it another chance but I think it's safe to say there's better options in the area.
Really interesting Spirited Away themed all you can eat sushi bar! If you are doing all you can eat, you order on an iPad which made this very convenient for ordering multiple rounds. If you speak English, the iPad really helps out with translating. Definitely had some unique sushi rolls I've never had before. Really liked the dragon eye & K2 roll. They also have homemade juices that come in little branded plastic cans. I got the mango juice one. Was pretty busy but lots of little tables. Probably better for small groups or 2 people. Was moderately loud in side. Lots of cool things to look at on the walls & decorations. The food was good & our server was attentive.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 14h20 alors qu'il y avait plusieurs tables vides. Malgré cela, on nous a fait attendre jusqu'à 15h00 pour finalement nous facturer le menu du soir, plus cher. Cette façon de faire donne l'impression que l'attente était intentionnelle. Expérience décevante.
Je me suis réellement régalé. Le prix peut paraître élevé mais c'est à volonté & la qualité est là. Peu d'attente entre les commandes. Pourquoi l'étoile en moins, la raison est peut être futile mais importante selon moi. On nous invite à laisser des commentaires par l'intermédiaire d'une application: suite aux questions où il n'y a que 2 choix de réponses c'est une IA qui écrit le commentaire. Si le restaurant veut l'appréciation d'une IA ne la demandait pas au client. Personnellement je prends ça comme une insulte envers la clientèle.
Très cher compte tenu du menu limité & sans inspiration. Les sashimis, nigiris & sushis étaient corrects, mais loin d'être remarquables. La pâte à tempura était extrêmement décevante, lourde & caoutchouteuse.
Les toilettes étaient dans un état lamentable & on pouvait en sentir l'odeur depuis le couloir.
Malgré le thème adorable, cela ne vaut pas la peine d'y aller une deuxième fois.
