Great service & ambience. Food was questionable this time. Soggy hamburger bottom bum. Are it with a fork & knife. Waiter offered another one but I declined since we were short on time for our table. But we plan to go again soon !View more

Service was excellent, food is decent, the place is cool to be in. The owner or manager is an a$$. I don't care what happened but he started loosing it on a waiter. I'm sorry I've worked in the service industry, if I had a boss like him I would have just walked out on him. We went on a Saturday night (yes at any restaurant without a reservation, chaos night). We got seated immediately & our waiter was delightful. I kid you not, our food came out in less than 10 minutes piping hot. We were shocked. Food was delicious, I highly recommend everything .... Well I personally wasn't a fan of their poutine sauce.View more
13 March, 2024. We came to Jukebox Burgers at around 18:30. We were a group of 5 people. Pros: A) The waitress was awesome. Juliette was super kind & friendly to us. I wish her all the best whether she stays or goes in the near future. B) The food was good & not that bad. I ordered the Rocket Burger with a side of Mac & Cheese & a vanilla milkshake & it was super delicious no complaints about the food. C) Washroom was clean although there could be some things to be better like Ice in the Urinals & maybe the washrooms need to be maintained better especially the paper towel dispenser. D) Food is fairly reasonable even though it was a little bit pricey for me. Still it was good & decent. E) Love the music they were playing like from the 80's. Even though it's suppose to be like a 50's Diner even though it's not. Cons: A) Maybe there needs to be more people & staff or maybe self automated robots to help the restaurant. B) The food maybe needs to be a little bit hotter. Cause it was warm but maybe a little hotter would be better. C) More greenery & make the restaurant Zero waste & Zero Pollution & be sustainable with trees, greenery & reducing heat island effect. Other than that I know Service & things like that may change every visit but tonight was super good. I would be back & the restaurant is a would recommend.View more
This restaurant is SO good. I tried the burgers & the mac & cheese & they were great. The milkshakes are amazing as well. The decoration of this place is very unique & original. I've got to come back to try the other things on the menu.View more

The food is pretty basic for a diner. No better or worse than in my opinion. One thing I noticed is that the hotdogs dont come with any toppings. There is ketchup, mustard, & relish at the table. So no onions or other toppings, even if you ask for all dressed (which I did). Our server was very pleasant & did his job well. The restaurants decor has a vintage 50s vibe which we enjoyed & there was stuff for my 6 year old son to look at while we waited for our feed. They keep the restaurant very cold though. We kept our jackets on. Overall totally fine for what it is. I'll likely be back... unless I'm not.View more
