Rather repulsive for a number of reasons. The food was awfully prepared - wrap was inedible - dry tortilla with the absolute worst quality'chopped' beef & a slice of cold American cheese & a leaf of lettuce. The pizza wasn't even cut - like, not crossed with a knife at all. As an American I can forgive Canadian bacon as limp meat but the'pepperoni' was disgustingly floppy. & they put it underneath the sauce? Undercooked doughy mess with a block of hard cheese on top. It seriously seems like they do not know how to cook food.
The inside of this place is gross. Order at the front, no service, fine, but with no wait staff it's absolutely filthy - every table & floor just covered in crumbs & stick.
Overall just gross. The Eastern Townships are so beautiful & this is a dang near vacation-ruiner - heads up for those looking for a late night bite after a spa. McDs is clean, predictable, & 24hrs - your only other option past 9 on a weekday in Magog.

Mais là ce soir c'était malheureusement une situation comme je la lis dans d'autres expériences de clients. Un manque de service & de respect pour le client qui paie & s'attend à avoir une commande exacte.
J'ai commandé en ligne. Lors du ramassage, je constate qu'il y a un peu de retard. Pas de souci. Lorsque ma commande est prête, je demande à l'employé au comptoir (qui est bien gentil d'ailleurs) si toute ma commande y est bien. Il me l'assure.
Arrivé à la maison, je constate qu'il manque trois items d'accompagnement (pain à l'ail gratiné, rondelles d'oignon & petite salade César). J'appelle, on me transfère à une responsable qui me dit que les.items sont bien derrière elle & m'offre seulement deux options: (a) revenir les chercher ou (b) attendre qu'ils insèrent la livraison plus tard en soirée entre deux autres livraisons (bref bien après la fin du repas). Je demande simplement un remboursement des items manquants, mais on me dit que c'est impossible. Honnêtement je suis vraiment surpris de cette réponse & je réalise que ce n'est pas la fin du monde, mais je me sens un peu comme si on m'avait volé une quinzaine de dollars... C'est assez frustrant.
Première visite depuis ce nouvel emplacement & cette nouvelle façon de faire sans serveur. Très déçue, les tables n' étaient pas débarrassées & toutes sales, contenant de beurre effoiré au sol dans l'allée. L' endroit où déposer les cabarets sales était plein, poubelle qui déborde. Un flagrant manque de personnel & d'un chef pour coordonner tout ça. C' est bruyant. Dommage c' est un bel emplacement, le menu intéressant, la nourriture est bonne, c' est grand, on pourrait y servir plus de monde avec un peu plus d'organisation & du personnel bien entraîné. J' espère qu' ils redresseront pour que ce restaurant puisse survivre dans le temps.
