On n'aurait pas pu demander mieux 💚 Bonne bouffe & ambiance confortable , service impeccable mais on veut surtout souligner le super service de Floria ! We had the pleasure of being served by Jimmy, & he truly went above & beyond with his service. From the moment we sat down, he made sure our table was well taken care of - always polite, attentive, & understanding of our needs. The food was top notch, & Jimmy made sure all our needs were met throughout the meal.
Because of his genuine kindness & professionalism, we decided to tip more, & we were happy to do so. Jimmy is a rare gem in customer service, & his friendly attitude made our experience so much better. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for Jimmy!
Honestly was super disappointed in the quality of the food, the self-serve buffet was cold, the onion rings, the fries, the spring rolls. For the meat, other than the steak, everything was chewy & I wasn't impressed with my soup broth & my friend had to change hers. When we voiced it to the staff, they completely dismissed us & the manager Emily mocked us. We paid to leave hungry & will not be coming again, waste of money

First time trying this place! We took just the kbbq option & boy it did not disappoint. Though not much of the meats were marinated, their sauce bar was awesome.
Our waiter James was phenomenal! Honestly one of the BEST services we had at any AYCE restos. Very attentive, he saw when we needed napkins, water refills, dirty plates before we even needed to ask. Never had more than 2 plates stacked & never an empty cup! Havnt seen service like this in a while! Thank you James for making our dinner experience & awesome one!

1ere visite pour moi & mes amies. Même s'ils disent que c'est un bloc de 2 heures, il y avait plusieurs tables non prise & on a pu rester plus longtemps. Le service est impeccable & rapide. La nourriture est excellente.

Nous avons choisi le menu bouillon&BBQ pour une expérience complète. Les saveurs étaient au rendez-vous dans une ambiance agréable. Le service était impeccable & nous avons adoré notre soirée.
Mention spéciale la crème glacée est délicieuse, à essayer!
I was so excited to try this restaurant & it definitely met my expectations! The food was great & I loved the unique concept of having hot pot & bbq at the same time. The waitress Leah gave an excellent service! I would definitely come back again & recommend it to everyone! A MUST TRY!!!!

Nous avons passé une soirée exceptionnelle dans ce restaurant. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur & professionnalisme. L'ambiance était conviviale, l'endroit propre & joliment décoré - parfait pour un souper entre amis ou en amoureux.
La nourriture était tout simplement délicieuse. Chaque plat était savoureux. Une vraie explosion de saveurs à chaque bouchée !
Mais ce qui a vraiment fait toute la différence, c'est notre serveur. Martin était tout simplement excellent : attentionné sans être envahissant, souriant, à l'écoute, & il connaissait parfaitement le menu. Grâce à ses recommandations, nous avons fait des choix qu'on n'a pas regrettés une seconde. Son service a vraiment ajouté une touche spéciale à notre soirée.

Je suis passé pour la première pour ma fete. J'ai vraiment adoré! Martin a été notre serveur tout au long & nous avons vraiment eu un super service. Martin avais vraiment une belle attitude. Il nous a aussi beaucoup aidé en nous expliquant comment procéder. Martin nous a aussi proposé de super choix de viande à tester que nous avons tous adoré. Nous n'avons pas manqué de rien. ☺?
