Thier pizza is not consistent, it could be great & other times it's questionable. From what we've noticed it depends who's working. This affects the delivery as well. Theres & Anglo gentleman ( I think he's Greek) everything is wonderful. Service is great. Pizza is great & delivery is perfect. When we get anyone else service is mediocre & pizza is questionable & delivery is always lost. We stopped ordering for over a year then tried again , first order great ( English gentleman ) & second order was not the English gentleman & pizza was not good, delivery needed directions. I guess we'll try back in a year.

La 1ère fois que nous avons commandé une pizza c'était excellent. La 2e fois on nous a envoyé une pizza réchauffée, toute sèche. C'était franchement évident. Le délai de livraison n'avait aucun sens : on nous a livré la pizza en dedans de 20 minutes. Très très décevant. En plus on avait demandé la pizza pour une certaine heure & elle nous a été livrée 45 min avant. Ça donne quoi de nous demander à quelle heure on veut la livraison si ce n'est pas respecté ? Nous pensions avoir trouvé notre pizzeria mais ce n'est définitivement pas Jacques Cartier Pizza. Note 1/5
Mise à jour : nous avons recommandé une pizza & elle était très bonne. En espérant que ce niveau de service demeure.

Ordered mozzarella cheese sticks … very small pieces & 3 out of 6 had no cheese in them (expensive ) don't like frozen fries at all !!.. pizza was ok … wings are very small … will only order pizza from now on

Take out ,correct comme pizza manque de stock dedans comme dans tous les pizza en 2024 . Mais quand même bon goût & pour les lieux , à part être sur le rush pour manger pas le genre d'ambiance que je recherche

I was treated horribly by the receptionist taking my order. I am a regular customer & always place the same order. I always change my fries for a french fry with sauce & I pay $2.50 extra. She refused to do it & said it's never been done. She refused to let me talk to someone else I ordered from Como pizzeria, which was excellent too bad they lost a very good customer. replying to the owner's response to me the customer with all due respect I never asked for anything for free. I have ordered this same exact meal at least 10 times in the past year I never had an issue until this certain person gave me trouble on the phone. I said to her the gentleman always changes my fries to a french fry with sauce for an extra charge this is what I would like. She replied no that's not possible & basically told me that I am a liar. I'm so pissed off that believe me this is not the end. I will keep posting my delivery service, which was horrible. I remember a time when the customer was always right, but it looks like now the customer is always wrong & is a liar. I'm very disappointed in the owner & his response. Lo
