PIZZA, PASTA AND SFIZI!

Industria Pizzeria + Bar is a modern pizzeria offering a fusion of authentic and modern Italian cuisine – SFIZI style! What is that ‘S’ word? SFIZI are Italy’s version of tapas or sharing plates. Italians love to share and the plates and portions are designed to do so.

Sergio Mattoscio, Executive Chef of Industria Pizzeria + Bar, has held several chef positions including Chef at Med Grill and Rare. He opened his own restaurant in 2008 which soon became known for his signature gnocchi poutine. Word got out and Manhattan chef Scott Conant offered him a position at Toronto’s Scarpetta, however his love of Montreal kept him here. In 2013, he was a contestant on the TV show Top Chef Canada and soon after he became chef in a new venture, Industria Pizzeria + Bar, in Griffintown.

Our guests enjoy an all around fun and delicious experience in a hip and industrial decor offering a rather progressive concept.

Industria offers 4 & 7! Monday to Friday from 4pm to 7pm, a selection of cocktails are $4 and a selection Sfizi are $7 at the BAR ONLY.

Nous sommes allés manger samedi dernier, sans réservations, à l'heure du souper et nous avons passés une très belle soirée.

La nourriture était bonne et le service aussi. Notre serveuse Jordane a rendu l'expérience encore plus intéressante par son excellent service.

Comme entrée, j'ai pris l'aubergine au parmesan et comme repas principal, la pizza aux champignons. Quel délice !!! La cuisson était juste à point.

Je recommande le restaurant et y retournerai sans hésiter. Ils sont ouverts depuis 2 semaines seulement et tout roule comme sur des roulettes.
